boo | mini storytime

as many of us know, people can be pretty mean.

the things they say can be so rude and they teach us that words truly hurt.

so here's a little story that I have for you and it really taught me a lesson

one day in our grade 9 science class some stuff happened

there were two guys in our class that were talking about me and I had no idea

my one friend was listening in on their conversation and rushed down the hallway after class to tell me

when she told me two guys were talking about me, I felt really self-conscious and started to worry about what they were saying

i was on the verge of crying and then my friend was like

" they said you look like the little girl from monsters inc"

THATS THE BEST THING ANYONE HAS EVER SAID ABOUT ME BEHIND MY BACK

Something you could take from this situation is that if you're going to say anything behind someone's back, make it positive

tell your friends you think that person is gorgeous or really smart

if you have a negative opinion about someone, don't talk about them behind their back like that

If that negativity ever got back to them, you can really hurt them

and if anyone should ever have anything being said behind their backs and should they come back, it should be things like they look like boo from monsters inc or they're really pretty or that you really appreciate them

make their day
make a positive comment that will make them feel better, something they'll remember
