"Romeo, you need to stop. After Ethan and Aidan, I really don't feel like love is special. I mean, I thought it was."
"Then why do you help people, Cupid? In fact, you never told me how you started your business."
"Will you listen to the whole explanation?"
"Of course. I'm not going anywhere."
"Here we go. It was freshman year. I met a boy, Connor Raleigh. He liked me, so he asked me out. I guess I felt the same way. We were really in love, and had dated for a long time. He broke up with me last year. I felt so angry that I didn't even care if he didn't like me anymore. So I made a business for girls and boys who need to find someone special."

"Yeah! Yeah, I--um...your date is tonight, at the Starbucks on Brook-way Drive."
"OK. Thanks. And, if this doesn't work, then I guess you can stop finding me someone."
