After the club activities ended, Ayano said goodbye to the members, and turned the corner to have a word with her "unreliable source".
"Hello?" A female voice answered the phone, despite the fact that she knew exactly who it was.
"Very funny. Who would have guessed you had a sense of humor, Info-chan?" Ayano said in her usual, monotone annoyance. A muffled snicker could be heard on the other end of the phone, and even though she couldn't see the famed school informant, Ayano knew the girl was smirking.
"Whatever do you mean, Yan-chan?" Ayano winced at the use of the nickname that she hated with all her might. Thanks a lot, Kokona...
"The activities started at 5:30. Not 5:00." Ayano attempted to keep calm, since if someone overheard her on the phone with Info-chan rumors would spread quickly.
"Well, I guess you get what you pay for~." The red head on the other side of the line teased. Ayano sighed. That was actually a fair point. Anything free that came from Info-chan was normally unreliable. For example, last week she asked her to make a copy of a cheet sheet, and it came back with some typos. Luckily, no one noticed, but it still did put Ayano's entire plan in danger.
Unwilling to deal with the young informant right now, Ayano hung up and proceeded to head over to her locker.
On the other side of the school, a red headed girl smirked at the screen of her phone, seeing the "call ended" display. She couldn't help but laugh at how much the Yandere had been blind to when they had spoke.
She had intentionally given her the wrong time, but it had nothing to do with pay, and more to do with who would have been in the room at that time. Now, on normal occasions, Info-chan didn't care who was dating who.... But this was a special case...
Because this time, Taro-senpai was involved.
Now, Info-chan wasn't an idiot, she knew that one time being early for the club would not make her fall for him... In fact, nothing would. But she also knew Ayano's usual course of action. And this time, with some blackmail, and a cute martial artist as bait, Info-chan would finally have Ayano out of the way.
Not by killing her of course, but by finding a way to keep her away from senpai.
She peeked out of the window and couldn't help but laugh.
Here comes the bait now...

As Ayano was close to walking out of the school gates, she heard someone call her name.
"Hey, Ayano!" Budo greeted, catching up to the short raven. Ayano nodded to him, giving him her usual form of greeting as she approached the gate.
"So, which way do you turn?" Budo asked, hoping to get another chance to apologize for the incident that had happened earlier.
"Left." Ayano answered plainly. Budo smiled.
"Me too."
