So I know a lot of people in this fandom are still in middle school, or they're upperclassman.
I'm about in the middle, I'll be a sophomore this year.
So for all the freshman coming into high school this year, here's my advice to make it less stressful for you.
1. Most of your friends in Middle School are most likely not gonna be your friend in High School, y'all will meet different people and y'all will just grow apart over time.
2. Quizlet is very very useful.
3. Take all your hard classes and get them out of the way early so in your Senior year, you can fuck around.
4. Join clubs, it's easy to make friends that way, I didn't join clubs cause at my school, they're pretty much useless :/
5. Do your homework and study, I made a D in first semester English and D in Math for my first semester, because I really never did the homework, and on my final in those classes, I got a bad grade, so STUDY!!!!!
6. The most comforting words you will ever here is "I didn't start that either."
7. Stay out of as much drama as you can. It puts more stress on you and I was involved with a lot of drama this last year, most of which I never started, so if you get stuck in the middle of drama, please try your best to get out of it. I learned the hard way it would just make your life harder.
8. Don't fucking talk during class, don't be that asshole.
9. There's no such thing as a "freshman hunt" or whatever, no one gives a fuck about anyone, seniors really don't care, they just don't like freshmen cause they're "childish", I was a freshman last year and I hated other freshman, so don't be annoying.
10. Try not to get attitude with teachers or get in trouble, I got so much attitudes with teachers last year that I got in school suspension, and like other forms of trouble, especially in my first semester. Since your in high school now, it goes on your permanent record, (where I'm from, they start putting shit on your permanent record in 9th grade)
11. Don't be problematic
12. Just don't be a dick in general.

Those are some tips, please take my advice and it will make your school life A LOT easier. I had a hard time in high school last year because I probably did the opposite of most of what I wrote.
