A New Life

I had cuts on my arms and marks on my legs but I still loved him. I couldn't seem to let go even though I hurt so bad. I was eventually chained to a pole in the basement. I was so lovesick I didn't care about my health.
"I'll be back honey I have to go out." Said Tsukiyama. He seemed to love me but why did he hurt me? "Love hurts." Is what he always told me. When he came back he said he was hungry and that he didn't get anything. He looked at me with a look he surprisingly never gave me. "I hate to do this." He said. Then he walked over to me and leaned down. "I'm sorry." He said. I instantly wanted to leave. I was hungry. I hated him. My cuts and bruises and scars and marks hurt worse. I broke the chains with my kagune which was weak due to my starvation. I stood up.
"You're too weak. You have to rest." Tsukiyama said.
"I'm not under your little spell anymore." I said.
"Damn." He said.
"You know it sucks. I actually fell for you. I guess that meant nothing. There's only one thing that bothers me. Why did you do it?" I said. He laughed.
"I like breaking hearts. I also like seeing people bleed and scream and cry but come crawling back to me even though they are halfway dead because of me." I gave him a dirty look.
"That's disgusting. I'm leaving." I said. I tried to walk away but he stopped me.
"Why would you want to do that?" He asked. Then he kissed me. I pushed him away and wiped my mouth.
"Get off of me you sicko." I said. "I'm really losing my patience." He said. Then he started running towards me.
"BACK OFF TSUKIYAMA!" I heard someone yell. Tsukiyama stopped. Someone was walking down the stairs. It was Uta.

"What do you want Uta?" Tsukiyama asked.
"I want you to let Satsuki go." Uta said.
"Why do you care?" Tsukiyama asked.
"Because you're a douche and no girl deserves to be treated this way." Uta said. Uta took my hand and put me behind him.
"You can't beat me Uta." Tsukiyama said.
"I don't have to. Let's go Satsuki!" Uta said. Then he grabbed my hand and we ran out as fast as we could. Tsukiyama chased after us but we made it to Itori's bar and were safe. He hugged me. "You're safe now beautiful girl." Uta said. I started to cry.
"Why would he do that?" I asked. I was so puzzled.
"I told you to leave." He said.
"I should of listened. I'm sorry Uta." I said.
"Don't be sorry. Let's go to Anteiku and get you something to eat. You're a mess." He said.
When we got to Anteiku everyone looked so worried when I walked in. When I told them what happened they didn't even looked shocked.
"I never liked him anyway." Said Touka.
"None of us ever did! We just let him come around so we could hang around you Satsuki. He used you to see us." Said Kaneki.
"But why?" I asked.
"For Kaneki." Said an unfamiliar voice. I looked back. It was a new girl with the Anteiku uniform on. "I'm Irimi Kaya." She said. Then someone else jumped near her. It was a man.
"And I'm Koma Enji or The Devil Ape." He said. THE DEVIL APE?! I had definitely heard about him in ways I don't want to talk about.
"I'm Satsuki Mieme." I said.
"Back to the conversation. He wanted to eat me." Said Kaneki.
"Disgusting." I said. I hugged Kaneki. "I'm sorry."
"Don't be sorry it's not your fault." He said. I took the mask out of my jacket and smashed it on the ground.
"I won't be needing that." I said.
"I can make you a new one." Said Uta.
"Really? How much?" I asked.
"It's free I'm not gonna make you pay." He said.
"Thanks Uta." I said.
"No problem." He said.
"What do you say Satsuki? Do you want to join Anteiku?" Asked Manager. I thought about it. It's good having a team, people to rely on and they have done so much for me. Why not?
"Yeah I would love to!" I said.
"What's your 'nickname'?" Asked Touka.
"...... You can call me Monster." I said.
"Hm... Monster, huh? I like it. I'm gonna go work on your mask." Said Uta. Then he ran out the door. So this is who I am gonna be. Monster
