"I'm sorry what?" Cyborg rubbed his ear. Raven? he had to of heard wrong.

"This is not humours." Starfire glared.

"I know what I saw." Beastboy growled.

"Even if it was Raven, why would she come back? why now?" Cyborg asked.

"I don't know, but I do know what happened...."

~FLASHBACK~

"Dr Richard we're ready for you." The nurse said.

"Yes yes..." The Doctor said. "How are you my green little patient?"
The doctor looked him over, knowing he wouldn't answer.

"Well?" The nurse asked him waiting to write the report.

"It's the same." The doctor said shaking his head. "The chances of him ever waking up are slim. extend the next checkup time. we don't need to waste time."

"Yes Sir." The Nurse sighed and wrote it down.

"Dr Richard we need you in the emergency room immediately!!!" a nurse poked her head in the door.

They nodded and rushed out the door leaving Beastboy alone.

Balloons, flowers and get well cards scattered the room.

A couple from Cyborg and Starfire, the rest from loyal fans.

A gust of wind blew the unlocked window open with a creak.

A cloaked figure shadowed the room through the window and stepped through.

Pushing back the cloak, locks of
Violet hair fell out her hood.

She glanced at the cards and balloons, and leaned down to smell a flower.

A bit musty, then again it could just be BeastBoy.

She placed a cool hand on Beastboy's forehead and sighed.

She thought to herself about making Slade pay for all he's done to her Friends.

But she didn't know how. This was the best she could do.

For herself. For her friends. For her love.

"Azerath." She spoke. But did not go on. Maybe this wasn't the way....

Maybe, BeastBoy didn't need to wake up. But maybe he did.

She heard Doctors and Nurses rush past Beastboy's room.

Someone was having a baby.

Someone was dying.

Someone needed surgery.

And Beastboy? He needed love, his friends, fun and happiness.

How could their broken team give him that?

Raven walked towards the window and sighed and whispered to herself. "It's for the best..."

But was it?

A Nurse suddenly barged into the room and Raven cloaked herself.

"Okay Green One. Let's see..." She looked at her clipboard.

"Extended checkup time eh?"
She shook her head. "Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. What a shame."

Raven glared at the woman who could care less about BeastBoy.
Her voice was sarcastic.
