16 year old, Wally West wakes up in the infirmary, after a mission gone wrong.
He finds himself now able to see what those would call "Red Strings of Fate."
These "strings" are invisible; they connect people to their soulmates.
As Wally comes to realize what they are, he uses it to his advantage.
