Seriously, pads and tampons should be free everywhere. It's a necessity! And it shouldn't just be free in first world countries, but in ALL countries. Half of the world's population needs these things monthly. We shouldn't have to pay for them.
At the very least, they should be available everywhere. Every store in every country should have some pads and tampons, just in case of an emergency. Seriously. The amount of times I have unexpectedly gotten my period and the stores near me don't have anything is astounding.
