Isabela's POV:

I finished decorating my house and sat down on the couch. It was my birthday, i invited all my nick friends and i'm throwing a huge party.

I walked to the hallway, my parents got ready to leave. I was allowed to be alone by myself, i just had to call them every hour.

Me and my parents walked outside to the car.

"Bye sweetie!!" Dad said.

He hugged me and went into the car.

My mom gave me a bone crushing hug and wouldn't let go.

"I'm gonna miss you so much!!!" She said, while i struggled to breathe.

"Umm..." Dad said from inside the car, rolling down the window.

She broke the hug and sat in the car too.

"Bye!" They said.

"Bye!! Love you!" I said.

"Love you too!! Have fun!" Mom said.

"Not too much fun tho." I laughed and watched the car drive away, while waving.

When the car was out of sight, i walked inside the house and waited for my guests to arrive.

I walked around my house really stressed, i had over fifty people at my house. Everyone was being really loud, but they had a really good time.

I almost fell when someone dragged my arm.

"Happy birthday Isabela!" Riele said, standing beside Ella.

"Oh... Thank you!" I said, looking around.

"What's going on?" Ella said, while looking at me confused.

We had to scream over the loud music.

"Is Jace with you guys?" I asked.

The party had been going on for a few hours and he didn't even say hello to me.

"Umm... He isn't here yet..." Riele said.

I just nodded, and looked down at the floor to hide my sad face.

"Well, see you later girl!!" Ella said, walking away.

Riele followed her and i sighed.

I made my way to the kitchen and sat down in a chair.

I drank a glass of soda and closed my eyes. Jace better show up soon, or this isn't going to be pretty...

"Jace is here!!" Someone screamed from outside.

I ran out of the kitchen with a angry face.
There in the doorway was... Jace...

Everyone greeted him and he hugged a few people.

He walked to me after talking to some folks.
He went in for a kiss, but i turned my head away.

"Babe, what's wrong?" Jace said.

I crossed my arms and starts shouting at him.

"I'M NOT YOUR BABE!!! HOW COULD YOU COME LATE TO MY BIRTHDAY PARTY?! YOU KNOW I'VE BEEN PREPARING FOR A REALLY LONG TIME!!! HOW COULD YOU??" All the guests turned their heads and gave me shocked looks.

Jace stepped closer to me and tried to grab my shoulders. I slapped his hand, so he moved them away quickly.

"Isabela... I-..." I couldn't let him finish.
