Tamir Laith Wright

I didn't mean to make Harmony storm off like that.

10 minutes later, the kids walked up to me.

"Daddy, we can go in now." Kamden said as he stood in front of me.

I nodded as I let them walk in front of me into the house.

Harmony was cleaning the living room, which is what she did when she was upset.

She looked up, saw me and moved to the kitchen.

I smacked my lips and followed her.

"We'll be in the movie room!" Kamden said as he followed Kimora.

When I walked in, she was wiping the counter.

She changed out of her Mikes to some socks, her hair was in a bun and she had on no jewelry.

"Harmony." I said as I sat at the island.

She continued to clean, ignoring me.

She turned on the speaker and London Bridge by Twenty88 came on.

I don't mean to sound hysterical but baby, if you left

She started to sing along, continuing to act like I wasn't in the room.

I walked over to her, wrapping my arms around her.

"Tamir, get off me." She said as she moved out of my arms.

"You mad?" I asked her.

"Nah, I'm glad." She said as she rolled her eyes.

"When you want to talk to me, you know where I'm at." I said as I left the kitchen.

I love Harmony but I can't treat her like a child.

I went up to our bedroom and laid across the bed.

She came up shortly after, throwing shit around the room.

"Chill out with the fuckin' attitude." I said, watching her stomp through the room.

I heard her mumbling stuff under her breath.

"I didn't hear you, Harmony." I said as I sat on the edge of the bed.

She looked at me like I called her out her name and stormed out the room.

I followed behind her, grabbing her arm before she could go downstairs.

"What the fuck is the problem?" I asked her.

"I don't have a problem, Tamir." She said, glaring at me.

"So you always walk around with a fucked up attitude?" I questioned her.

She tried to pull her arm away from me but I wouldn't let her.

"If I have a bruise, I'm fucking you up." She said between her teeth.

I shrugged.

"You not going nowhere until you tell me what the problem is." I dragged her back to our bedroom.

I lightly tossed her towards to the bed as she fell back on it.

I stood in front of her with my arms crossed, blocking the door.

It was silent until she finally spoke.

"I just think it's crazy how you want another kid but you won't marry me." She said with an eye roll.

The conversation of marriage came up once again.

I wasn't afraid to marry her, I was afraid of being married period.

My parents didn't work out, neither did her parents.

Besides me cheating one time and little petty shit, our relationship was cool.

"We talked about this, Harmony." I said as I rubbed my hand down my face.

"Before Kimora was born." She said as she stood up.

She shrugged before stepping around me.

"I just don't know how much longer I can be the girlfriend, Tamir." She said as she left out the room.

I sighed and sat on the bed in deep thought.
