I was taking the kids to hang out with Tamir's mom, Miss Yesenia.

When I woke up, Tamir already had the kids dressed and eating breakfast.

I got out the shower and went to my closet, pulling out an outfit.

I slipped on my underwear, a black fitted maxi dress, a denim vest and gold sandals.

I put on some gold hoops and put my hair in high puff.

I was laying my edges down when Tamir walked back in the room.

"Whoa." He said as he stood behind me in the bathroom.

He pulled his phone and started recording.

"Damn baby, where ya get all that ass?" He said, making me roll my eyes.

"You know where." I said as I leaned forward in the mirror.

"I did that, y'all." He said with a smirk on his face as the video ended.

I kissed his cheek and left out the bathroom.

I grabbed the kids, we hopped in my car and pulled toward Yesenia's house.

I pulled into her driveway 20 minutes later as she opened the door.

"My babies!" She said as we all got out of the car.

The kids ran to her, hugging her legs.

I walked up behind them and she hugged me.

"Hi mija, how are you?" She asked as we walked in the house.

"I'm good, ma." 

We walked into her family room and sat down.

"I'm glad someone brings my nietos to see me." She said with an eye roll.

"That's your son. I'm about to send him back here." I laughed.

"No, thank you." She said with the wave of a hand.

Tamir's mom was such a big help when I was pregnant.

My own mother cut me out of her life, upset that I was having a baby without being married.

Even though I was definitely in her wedding pictures.

Seeing as how Tamir was her only child, she did whatever it took to keep him happy and in her life.

"When is he coming to see me?" She asked as she watched the kids play.

"I'll tell him." I said as Kimora walked up to us.

She crawled into Yesenia's lap, cuddling next to her.

"Can I keep them tonight?" She asked after kissing Love's head.

I shrugged.

"I have to go home and grab them some clothes." I said.

She nodded.

"I'll go do that right now." I said as I stood up.

I kissed them both on the forehead, telling them that I would be right back.

I pulled back in front of my house, seeing Ahmad's car.

I walked in the house to see them smoking weed on the patio.

They put it out, thinking the kids were with me.

"I'm alone." I said as I closed the door behind me.

I walked out, sitting on Tamir's lap who was relighting the blunt.

"Your ma wants to keep the kids tonight." I said after kissing him on the cheek.

He nodded, puffing.

"She wants to see you." I said as I stood up.

"I'll go get the kids." He said as he passed the blunt to Ahmad.

I stood up, going back into the house.

I packed a duffel bag full of stuff the kids would need and left out the house.
