"Nora,"  whispered Ben's voice, bringing me out of a deep sleep.  I rubbed my eyes and whimpered, trying to see clearly,  "Nora, you gotta wake up."  Ben's hands gently shook me to wake me.  I whined in the back of my throat, blinking rapidly to see clearly.

"Wh-what?"  I yawned, stretching a little, whining at the pain.

"Nora, I'm going to have to ask a huge favor from you."  Ben said seriously, grabbing my shoulders to steady me.  "Nora, you're going to have to do something very difficult for the both of us, okay?"  I nervously looked at him, biting my lip.

"Wh-what is it?" I grunted, trying to force myself awake. Through the fogginess of the basement/dungeon, I could see Uncle Ben looking extremely regretful.

"I...I need you to do something for me. It's asking a lot from you, but I know you can handle it because you're a strong girl, right?"

I nodded tiredly, yawning and rubbing at my eyes.

"Sure...what is it?"

Uncle Ben chewed on his lip thoughtfully before he began to strip off his shirt. Before I could ask what he was doing, my eyes caught the disaster before me. Uncle Ben had a jagged wound on his side. It was crudely stitched up and it looked like there was something unnatural underneath his skin. My eyes widened.

"What the hell happened to you?" I asked, reaching out to touch him, but then decided against it - seeing how it looked painful enough to me, so I couldn't imagine what it would feel like to have someone poke it.

"Don't worry about it." Uncle Ben said, gritting his teeth. "What I need you to do is help me get this tracker out so I can turn it on and hide it somewhere in this basement. Can you help me? I only ask you to help me because I might pass out from blood loss. Do you think you can help me?"

"B-blood?" I stammered, scooting away a little to look at him to see if he was being completely serious. I have never seen Uncle Ben look more serious in my whole life. "B-but won't they see the blood and know something is suspicious-"

"It wouldn't matter because your father would know our location." Uncle Ben said softly. "Now we need to do this as efficiently as possible, so Nora, I need you to find something sharp to cut the stitches with."

I felt my stomach churn and I broke out of Uncle Ben's arms to crawl away to find something to throw up in. I heard Uncle Ben make a sympathetic noise and his fingers pulled back gently at my hair, holding it out of my throw-up.

"O-okay." I stuttered, wiping my mouth. "I-I think I saw some bottles or something over - over there.."

"That would be perfect." Uncle Ben smiled reassuringly. I felt my way through the dimly lit room. I knew I had seen some Vodka bottles or some Smirnoff bottles around here somewhere. Sometimes I could smell the liquor on my captors' breaths, so I knew they liked to drink. Ben was silent as he watched me look for the bottles. Finally, I found the stash of alcohol.
