Firstly this book is a fan fiction and firstly you need to say what fan fiction it is in the blurb of the book, so that your readers know what they're expecting in the book. I didn't know it was a Vampire Diaries fan fiction, till I saw Mystic Falls. I'm not sure if I'm right.

Make your blurb longer, although your blurb says it all about the book. But a short blurb like that might not attract so many readers. Say something about the vampire diaries book/ movie (if that's what the book is about)
Write more, keep it real. Express yourself.

Your writing is not bad at all. The description are easy to understand and imagine. No grammar mistakes, no spelling mistakes. Excellent job.

I love the names especially Artemis, it's very unique.
