(Gaston and LeFou are waiting for Monsieur Noires in the Tavern.)
LeFou: At what time did he say he'd come to talk with us?
Gaston: If you'd shut up, I could concentrate.
(Monsieur Noires walks in.)
Gaston: Ah, Monsieur Noires.
Monsieur Noires: Good evening, gentlemen.
Gaston: Take a seat, monsieur Noires
LeFou: Yeah, but you may not take at home, hehehe.
(Nobody laughs at his joke and they both look at LeFou with loathing.)
Monsieur Noires: Now tell me, why this appointment?
Gaston: It's about Beau. He dismissed my proposal. Now, that father of him is completely bonkers! If you take him into the Maison Des Lunes. Beau would come back to me and beg me to free him. And so I can marry him!
Monsieur Noires: And what do you have to offer me.
Gaston: LeFou!
LeFou: LeFou? Oh yes, I have the money.
(LeFou gives Monsieur Noires the bag of money.)
Monsieur Noires: Yes. Now when can we pick him up.
Gaston: Soon, very soon.
LeFou: Probably tonight or something..
Monsieur Noires: Very well, I'll wait for you at the inventor's cottage.
Gaston: Good. Beau, you'll regret saying no to me!
LeFou: I highly doubt that.
Gaston: Shut up!
