Emma's POV

After deciding that we were not accepting Daniel into our group, Andi, Jax, and I headed into our last period class, Calculus.

"Ugh, I hate this class." Andi groaned, plopping down in her desk once arriving in the class.

Jax chuckled before fluffing Andi's hair, taking a seat beside me. "Hey, guys." We all looked up to see Daniel with a nervous smile on his face.

"Um, I'm assigned in a group with you guys," he scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. "We're aware." Andi rolled her eyes, crossing her arms.

"Well, yeah.. I was wondering if we could a fresh start with you all, especially you, Em. I'm super sorry to you all." He smiled at me.

I fell for that smile way too many times. "Your apology isn't accepted, but I guess you're allowed in our group."

"Em, I thought we agreed no association." Jax and Andi stated once pulling me into the library. "Guys, we can't keep out of the group. It's for 2 test grades, 50% of our grade."

Andi sighed, "We made a promise, E."

"Promises are meant to be broken."

Hey, guys. Someone requested an update for here ya go! It's a short, little filler for the next chapter. I don't when I will be updating, so please don't pressure me into updating.

I only updated this book because I didn't have a brain fart for this book. The other books are being planned out in my head and on paper. ;)
