Part 6

Pearl's POV

Steven isn't home, perhaps he went on a walk to Beach City. Everyone else was asleep so I decided to make Steven's breakfast, since there were no dishes around.

...

Okay I'll place the panned cakes here and wait

...

It's been 30 minutes and he's still not home! Where could he be? I decided to wake up Amethyst.

"Amethyst?"

"Gruuuuuh" she was still sleepy, but she perked up a little bit. Just a bit to speak sensibly

 "Sup' P?" she managed to blurt

"Good morning Amethyst, have you seen Steven today?" 

"Nope, haven't seen him since yesterday"

"oh, that's just great"

"what happened?" amethyst suddenly stood up

"nothing"

"P your a horrible liar, tell me already!" she shouted

"Shh, you might wake them" i sighed "Steven is missing, I haven't seen him all day"

"Have you searched the town?" 

"not yet"

"alright, before they wake up- lets search the town" i nodded and ran out to search.

3rd Person's POV

 Two pearls came up to them and smiled cheesily

"Hello, what mission are you assigned to?" The slightly shorter and oblivious one asked

"I was supposed to ask that" the slender and pale yellow pearl blurted

"Oh, im sorry"

"Anyway, What mission are YOU assigned to?"

The Peridot responded" Earth"

"yes, yes my diamond's here-Pearl please escort this peridot and her Jaspers to her next mission" the yellow Pearl said to the other

Yellow diamond walked off

"My diamond?" the pearl saw the diamond take off "MY DIAMOND!"

they brought Peridot into a small chamber with an Emerald and a Fire Stone. The Emerald was typing on a pad and the Fire Stone waiting by.

"Peridot, please sit down and we will repair you"

She looked confused "I don't need to be fixed!"

the Emerald took her fingers off the pad and answered flatly "We need to secure new limb enchancers due to your FAILED mission"

"Yes, that- so sit down now"

"I'm fine without them" Peridot said proudly

The Fire Stone glared at her, she fearfully sat down and waited. The Fire Stone opened a small green case and pulled out a hollowed foot piece. She held Peridot's foot as she slided the lomb enchancer onto it, once at her  knees the diamond symbol locked in place and Peridot's form was shifted to fit the new extension to her form.

She couldn't feel her toes anymore, but felt slightly taller.

After the legs were attached they moved on to her arms. They felt do refreshing to the technician gem. It had suprised her on how happy it made her now, she flexed the fingers and smiled. 

"What do we do now?"

"Take her to the her manager" the Emerald stated

"Yes yes, what is your cut number?"

"Facet 5 Cut 25 XG" Peridot completed with her diamond salute

they asked two Jaspers to escort Peridot to.. another Peridot? They walk out of the small room and pass by Galaxy Warp pads. There were thousands of thousands of warps, a floating sign right next to them- all saying the destination it would take their passenger. She walked along and whispered "I wish I was back on Earth"

"Excuse me, what?" one of the Jaspers questioned her

"N-NOTHING!"

suddenly the warp for earth began to glow

and a curly haired boy with a red shirt with yellow star had appeared

gems looked in horror as he stumbled in confusion

"Im here" he said . Peridot recognized it

"IM HERE!" Yup, it was him

gems looked confused and whispered to eachother, one stood up. It was a Bismuth with its innie-like gem and rainbow hair.

"WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" she screamed

"AH! uhh I really should of thought through thiis!" he backed away as Bismuth stepped forward. she puch Steven sqyare in the chest knocking him out, his limp body on the cold floor. She  leaped to deliver its blow but its metalic gem form stood in midair, she struggled as if being controlled- by someone with metal powers. She was tossed mercilessly, Peridot thought it was over and Steven would go home or something! but 3 Rubies surrounded him

"Your coming with US" one of the Rubies said and carried the limp body of Steven away...
