*skip to after school for obvious reasons*
I waited outside the school for Jeno, I'm always early because my class is right by the entrance of the school.
"JAEMIN-AH" he yelled as he ran up to me flailing his arms. Ah such a cute kid.
"Hey Jeno, ready to go?" I asked
"Yeah, but we have to stop by my house real quick" he said looking down at his feet. "Okay! Let's go!" I grabbed his arm and start towards his house.
When we got to his house his mom was in the kitchen warming up some tea.
"Hi mom!"
"Hi Mrs. Lee."
"Hi Son, oh hi Jaemin! How are you?" She said looking up from the tea kettle.
"I'm good! Jeno and I are gonna go to the pet store adoption clinic to look at dogs."  As I said that Jeno started jumping up and down.
"See he's already excited"
"Oh, okay boys you better get going before Jeno's father gets here" his mom said with a faint smile "cause he might wanna tag along, jeno's father loves dogs" I know the real reason why we have to go before he gets here, but I'll just leave it be. "Come on Jeno, you wanna see some doggies?" I asked grabbing his hand jumping up and down "YEAH LETS GO" and with that he grabbed my arm and we ran out his door. "BYE MOM"
"BYE MRS. LEE"
"BYE BOYS HAVE FUN"

When we got to the adoption clinic Jeno ran towards the dogs immediately and I couldn't help but chuckle at the child like act.
"Jeno! Wait up" when I got up to him he was petting a dog, "jaemin, look at him, he's so cute, and fluffy and I love him so much, I wish I could get him" Jeno said looking at me with sad eyes.
Why are you so cute Lee Jeno...
"He is cute! Why can't you get him?" I asked bending down to pet the dog.
"I don't have any money plus my dad says I shouldn't spend my money on that type of thing. "Oh, I'm sorry man, hey, I'm gonna go the restroom I'll be right back" "okay" he said giving his full attention to the dog.
I wasn't really going to the restroom, I walked up the lady in charge of the dog adoption, "hey how much is that dog?" "Which one? Oh I see the one your friend is petting, how much do you have? I'm sure we can make a deal, he's been homeless for months now" she said, I pulled out my wallet, and checked to see how much I have, I come from a rich family, so I probably have a lot, "uhhh... I have about $200..." "Oh my, let's do $100, so you still have money to take your friend out for dinner" she said as she winked at me "can you hold him for me, I'm gonna came back without Jeno, and surprise him, he really wants that dog, I'll be back after we go eat dinner" I whispered so no one heard us. "Of course, I can let me go pry him from your friend" "I'll do it"
We both walked up to Jeno "come on Jeno, let's go eat some food! We can come back tomorrow after school" "oh okay! Bye doggie!"
And with that we walked out of the pet store "Jeno where do you wanna eat?" "Ooooo I don't know, how about, McDonalds" "alright"

After we ate, I brought Jeno home and called my mom and told her my plan, she said it was sweet.
I walked into the clinic right before closing time "hey I'm back" "oh hello, here's your friends dog, I'm also gonna give you some things to help take care of the dog for free!" "Oh thank you! Here's the money, oh and I need to fill out a form right? Let's do that now." After I filled out the form, and gave her the money I took jeno's new present and walked home.
"HI MOM IM HOME" I yelled as I walked in.  "Jaemin, I'm right here no need to yell" I scratched the back of my neck "sorry" "awe honey, that's such a cute dog" "yeah, Jeno is in love with him, but sadly his father won't let him spend his money on stuff like that" "you're doing such a good thing for Jeno, I'm glad you guys have each other" "oh it's not that late, I'm gonna go give him to Jeno" "honey, also let Jeno know that if he ever needs some where to stay, because of you know who, he's always welcome here." "Alright mom"

I walked down the street to Jeno's house, when I got to the door I heard yelling, I was about to leave when I heard Jeno scream... Just then I knocked really loudly, and his mother opened the door. "Hi Mrs. Lee, I have a surprise for Jeno can he come out?" "Um... Let me see... JENO HONEY COME DOWN HERE JAEMIN IS HERE... He's coming, what is that anyways?" "Oh look, it's the dog he wanted from the adoption clinic, he was in love with him, but he said his father wouldn't let him buy him, so I did, also my mom said that if Jeno ever needs somewhere to stay, because of you know who, he's always welcome at our house" "I'll be Right back" just then she closed the  door, after about five minutes she came back with Jeno, but this time Jeno was different from earlier, he had bruises all over his face and arms "Jaemin, I need Jeno to stay with you for a while,  his father has gotten worse" "of course, oh and this is for you Jeno." I said handing him the cage with the dog in it. "Jaemin... You got him, for me?" "Yeah, I thought he was perfect for you" "MINNIE, THANK YOU I LOVE HIM"
"WHERE IS HE, WHERES JENO"
We heard his father yell, "...run boys... Run" his mother whispered He continued you thank me all the way down the street as we ran, all of a sudden he stopped and pulled me into a bush.
"Jeno..."
He was quiet
"Jaemin"
Just then he pulled me into a kiss, this one was different, it wasn't quick it was long and passionate, he slipped his tongue into my mouth I can feel him tasting my mouth. I pulled away. "Jeno... What..." "I know you love me"
