Last night was amazing. It was everything I thought it would be, and more. When we got there, first thing I saw was Dave. He was on full makeout session with Kaya. It stung a little, yeah, but not as much as I thought it would. I was determined, I wasn't going to let them ruin my night.
So I spent most of my night with Landon. We danced, we talked, we flirted. And then we kissed. It was gentle, but captivating. It felt like we were the only ones in the room. As our lips pulled apart, the rest of the world was slowly coming back into focus. Dave was coming back into focus. He was staring at us. The look in his eyes - I just don't know how to describe it. He looked hurt? Disappointed? Angry?... But why? He had no right to be. He was the one who chose to end us. He was the one gave up. He was the one who moved on. The least he could do is to give me a chance to do the same.
