chapter fourteen

nova's pov-

i was soo tired

so weak

i couldn't move

trust me, i tried

my body was numb

my skin was littered with so many cuts and bruises  i didn't even know where on ended and another started

Felix had left hours ago he told me he would be back soon but it's been so long since then

i heard yelling as my eyes started to like close i heard growling too,

'what a strange mix' i thought as i slipped into a dark sleep

daniel's pov-

i was desperate so i trusted this wolf

i needed her so i followed

i craved her touch, i needed to see her face feel her smile feel her skin on mine as i crushed our bodies together so

i followed

he took me across more boarders then i could count wolves behind me grew tired and they lagged behind to rest only to catch up minutes later

i never stopped though

in the end he took us to foul smelling pack lands that reeked of rouge activity he proceeded until he collapsed and i grew concerned moving to him and the wound i had seen earlier was no little wound either it covered most of his side but still i watched as he got to his feet motioning with his head to an open door to which he hobbled but i stopped him

i could smell her but he was not strong enough to go on he knew that but a look in his eye a strange look i had never seen before told me that no matter what i did he would still go so i stood back and let him lead

the first to wolves were easy it was when the alarm went did thing become a problem but for my warriors this was child's play as they continued to fight the wolves and i streamlined ahead followed the limping wolf through the twist and turns of the hallway we came to a door where her scent grew strongest

Kolbie itched to take control and as the wolf stepped back i had a feeling he knew what i was going to do a i relinquished the control i had sought to keep the entire run her i was exhausted my energy spent but Kolbie was only begging

he smashed through the heavy wooden doors knocking it off it's hinges sending it sliding down the stairs it came to rest in front of the guards who stood frozen and unmoving they didn't attack but Kolbie didn't care dispatching the first one quickly to which the other he played with before killing him too

then forcing his weight onto the bars that groaned in protest before the entire gate crashed to the concrete prisoners backed away from their bars slinking into the corners away from the large wolf who nose in the air tracked down the one wolf he was after and though all the blood sweat and tears he could still find the one girl we were both craving

curled up in the center of a cell was the owner of the sweet smell

it was our Nova

except

she was out cold covered in deep cuts and dark coloured bruises which only feuled his anger as he threw his body aganst the bars only to jump away as it burnt his skin destined to leave a scar

keys jingled to my right and i turned my head to find the wolf holding a set of keys and a bundle of clothes to which he tossed me a pair of shorts and proceeded to open the gate for me shifting and sliding them on ii practically ran to her side

my heart racing a mile a minute as i took in her wounded form

i ran my fingers through her hair kissing her forehead hissing when it burnt my mouth

wolfs bain

a cry of pain sounded behind me to which i turned my head

"traitor" alpha florence snarled at the wolf as he tossed his limp body across the ground he snarled towards me which i growled back climbing to my feet

the time for words was over

and it was tie to take action as i leaped at him his eyes widened like he didn't expect me to do that

what was left of my loose control gave way and kolbie rained havoc on florence he may have a pack and he may be stronger

but he took my nova

he took my mate and he had to pay

and i was not going to lose
