OURS! (sequel to MINE!)

EPILOUGE

it had taken a while but i had gotten here

the territory resided on the furthests parts of the were maps

told before hand of my arrival i made my way over there

as i say again if took a while

but i didn't know if this was a fruitless venture or not

heck i didn't even know if she looked the some of even smelt the same

but this was my only hope

without her i feared i might go insane

i stood on the border between shadow claw and fury blaze

haveing passed through so many pack territories i had grown accustom to the way they were run

the wolves in front of me bowed their heads recognising my status before allowing me to pass through one of the group then escorted me to the pack house which even with our wolf speed took a good two hour to get too

we then shifted on the lawn and i dressed quickly sniffing the air as i did the weak smell of apples wafted through the air she had been through here a long time ago she was either passing through or hasn't been outside in a while

i was led inside and was knocked over by the strength of her scent, and the amount of pack memebers who were there to greet me

this was a lot of pack memebers

"alpha shard, our alpha will see you now"

i followed him wordlessly practically hpnotised by the scent i hadn't been able to smell in weeks barely noticing that i had walked all the way to the alphas office i was greeted by the beta who smiled warmly at me
i returned the smile and he bowed his head then motioned to the door and i froze before the door my hand hesitating on the handle

what if my mate isin't nova? i thought as i smelt the door but i already knew that was where it was coming from

what if it's the alpha?

what if it's a man?

get over your self homaphobe kolbie chuckled urging me forwards

i pulled the door open only to be shouldered hard in the leg i staggered back then a growl ripped through me chest causing every wolf to cower the door clicked shut to the office as i looked to the culprit i stopped

he whimpered his head down he didn't say anything, he was only a pup

the beta came into veiw what do you say to the alpha pup he said a harsh tone in his voice i didn't like the way he was talking to the pup who continued to not say anything the beta did not like this and stepped closer out of the coner of my eye i caught the raising of his hand and the pup seemed to know it was coming as her swung his hand towards him

i grabbed it

and the beta froze

i'm a big boy beta i think i can deal with my own problems

te pup whimpered as the beta backed away

i kneeled down in front of the pup gasps were heard all around me i guess they've never seen an alpha kneel before

the pup looked up at me he sniffled and i could tell he was trying not to cry

what's your name i asked

his lower lip tremmbled as he whispered out words that if not for werewolf hearing i wouldn't have been able to catched

Felix he whispered and i smiled warmly down at him and he looked a little confuse

well felix hasn't your mother told you not to run inside you could get someone hurt next time

he looked down suddenly and i only realised he bowed to me probably prompted by his beta

sorry alpha yes she has alpha he said quickly

well i said try not to do it again okay

he froze as i got to my feet scruffing his dirty blond hair gently

off you go don't you have friends to play with?

yes alpha he said as i heard his feet scurry off down the hall

i turned to the beta who looked surprised by my actions but bowed his head as i uttered my next words

only a coward hits a pup

with the i turned into the alphas office the doors fell shut behind me and i looked up practically drowning in the scent that i had wanted in my lungs for so long i breathed in greedily my wolf purring quietly in appriciation

then i saw her

she had her beck to me but i knew it was her

it was my mate

was her name nova though?

her hair wasn't the colour i remembered it to be but the faint smell of dye led me to believe that her hair was never that light shade of ginger

so alpha she said as i neared closer what brings you to my territory

i swollowed hard i was looking for my mate and had smelt her pass through here i said taking careful steps towards her

"was?" she questioned

"yes" i breathed bearly a few steps from her "though i've found her now"

"oh" she said dissappointment laacing her tone "is she apart of my pack?"

yes i breathed standing right behind her so close i could feel the beat of her heart

may i know who she is?

i wrapped my arms around her small waist bringing her closer to me i pushed my nose into the unmarked junction of her neck

i think you know who i told her quietly

sniffing her neck i pulled away stepping back from her she turned to me and our eyes met a growled reverberated through her chest

her wolf has identified us kolbie purred our asshe came closer reefing us down to her level and whispered the word in my ear that i had craved to hear for weeks now

mine she whispered against the shell of my ear and i purred appreciatively

that's my line i breathed feeling her smiled as i wrapped her in my arms the bond i had forged long ago with her rekindled slowly a light purr sounding in my chest as i buried my face in her neck lifting her off the ground her legs naturally finding their way around my waist as i pulled her chair out sitting down in it i held her and that was how we stayed cocooned in the soft buzz of ever lasting scilence

how did you find me she whispered her breath blowing over my skin this had to have been the last place you looked

i smiled at this it came to me in a dream i whispered as we lasped back into scilence

This has to be again one of my favourite chapters!!!!!!!
