"Namjoon. . . I'm home!" He was smiling ear to ear while holding the banquet of flowers.
Today was a special day; it wasn't an anniversary, but it was a big deal for Jin because he officially got promoted and now doesn't have to work as often as he use to. He's gonna go all out on Namjoon today because he wants him to know that he will always love his husband.
However, Namjoon has other plans.
"Joonie?" Jin called out to him as he opened the door.
Yet no one was there.
"He doesn't have classes today. . ."
Jin decided to call Namjoon; hopefully he isn't busy today.
"Joonie?"
"Jin ah?"
"Are you busy today?"
". . ."
"Joonie?"
"I'll be home in about half an hour. How come?"
"I have great news for you! I don't have to work at the office anymore! We can be together more often now!"
"Really? That's great. . ."
"You don't sound excited. . ."
"We'll speak when I get home. Bye."
"Goodb—" Namjoon but off before Jin could finish.
Jin already has a feeling where this is going. Hopefully Namjoon really doesn't make it come true.
