My first lesson at college was English, it was pretty boring as we were just analysing poetry. Matt was in chemistry and the twins had geography and history. Hannah and Adam were lucky as their morning lesson had been cancelled

All I could think of was Saturday night, going out with Matt on a date night. I hadn't yet thought how I would sneak out without my brothers seeing me. They probably wouldn't like the idea of me going out on a Saturday night with a boy

"Okay class, I have an announcement. As part of your final grade, you have to do a project on a topic of your choice. Before you all go choosing the teams and topics, I have chosen who you will be working with, however the topic you will be doing this project on, will be decided by me" our chemistry teacher, Dr Miles explained "First up is Harry and Jake S"

The two boys looked at each other and smiled, they're best friends so it worked out well for them. Dr Miles handed them a piece of paper with their topic on

"Next is Matt and Abbie"

Abbie smiled at me and I returned it. We were told that we would be doing our topic on Ionisation

We decided that we would work on the project this evening, but I would let Alexa know so she didn't think I was hiding anything from her

"Maybe we should spend some time working on this project at mine? I have a free house" she winked

I nodded "Good idea Abs"

She giggled "Ooh Abs! I have a nickname now, Matty"

"I give nicknames to the majority of people" I spoke the truth

"It's cute" she was trying to flirt with me

"Just so you know, I have a girlfriend whom I'm happy with" I made it aware that I was in a stable relationship

She came close to me "Maybe I can get you to change your mind"
