"My child, Circe. I ought to bring her back with me," sagot ni Poseidon. Luh, yoko nga!

"How come? I'm sure you aren't, Poseidon. She is Artemis' daughter—"
"Exactly," Poseidon cut her off. Napaawang naman ang bibig ko. I am who's daughter? Poseidon and... Artemis?
I am... her daughter? That's why I am mute now! This is the punishment, the curse, for breaking the oath with the River Styx. Shit, I am a pure deity, but why is my blood... red? Kung totoong anak ako ni Poseidon at Artemis, ichor ang dugo ko at kailangan kulay ginto 'yon.
Amp, hula ko ni-rape rin ni Poseidon si Artemis. See, men like him are trash! Sa kanilang tatlong almighty Gods, si Hades na ata ang pinakamatino!
Some really use their power to get what they want, and then break people just to be satisfied.
"Artemis spoke with me, Poseidon. She warned me to take her away from the seas! How did you find my islan—"
Natigilan kaming dalawa ni Circe nang ituktok ni Poseidon ang trident niya sa lupa, at nagsimulang yumanig nang malakas ang lupa.
Nagulat ako nang biglang nasa harap ko na si Circe. She covered me from Poseidon, and held my hand tight. Tinapat niya kay Poseidon ang wand niya na may butterfly sa dulo.
Nagulat din ako nang umangat ang paa ko sa lupa, at tila napalibutan kami ng isang energy force or barrier. I noticed the faint glow of light around it.
Hawak-hawak ko pa nga rin ang dagger ko. Pero syempre, alangang ibato ko kay Poseidon, baka tinapon na ako nito sa dagat lols.
"The seas are mine, Circe. I know everything near and beyond it."
"The waves in my island are from River Okeanos, Poseidon. Tell me, how did you find this? There must be a Titan who told you this," giit ni Circe.
"It doesn't matter. I am here to take her—"
"You are here to kill her, Poseidon!" asik ni Circe. Dumilim ang langit dahil sa namuong mga ulap, ngunit napansin ko rin ang dark energy sa paligid.
Necromancy, ang alam ko isa 'to sa mga kayang gawin ni Circe. It could also be her dark magic.
Why would my own father, if totoo nga, would want to kill me? Napaka-animal talaga ni Poseidon! Hindi naman halatang hater ako. Hehe.
"Why would I kill my own child, Circe?"
Circe scoffed, "Because you don't want to get mute like her, scumbag."
Tinapat ni Poseidon ang trident niya sa'min, at ang unang ginawa ko, out of instincts, ay ang pumunta sa harap ni Circe para protektahan siya.
Kaso napairit ako— hindi irit na pambabae at pabebe, kumbaga 'yong nagulat lang— nang bigla akong hinablot ng isang malaking ibon, at dinala ako palayo sa dalawang Diyos. Ngi! It's my time to shine na sana 'yon!
Nanlaki pa nang bongga ang mata ko nang makitang may nabuong whirlpool of water around Poseidon, then si Circe naman napalibutan ng animals.
Napuwing naman ang mata ko kakatingin. Aish! Damang-dama ko si hangin, bes, dahil malamang nasa himpapawid ako.
Actually, nabasa pa ako ng ulan. Grr, Poseidon! Lagot ka sa mama ko.
Actually (2) hindi ko pa rin natatanggap na isa pala akong demigoddess. Woah! What a revelation naman this! Pinangarap ko lang maging Semideus noon, tapos ngayon, nahigitan ko na 😎

Unti-unti namang bumaba ang malaking ibon sa lupa. Siguro, dinala niya ako sa kabilang parte ng isla. Well, hindi ko naman matanong kasi pipi ako, and as if naman nagsasalita s'y— AH! NAGSALITA! Wow, ang cool naman.
"You shall be safe here for the meantime. Hide, until your friends arrive," wika sa'kin n'ong ibon. Pero sa utak ko lang. Kumbaga, telepathy.
I sighed, and mouthed 'okay' since I wasn't able to speak. The real question is: Will I be mute forever? I hope not!
Hirap kaya maging pipi. Kaya to all mutes out there, you are brave! Kudos for creating ways to use your voice! You are all amazing for not letting your disability stop you from voicing out your thoughts and opinions.
Pero sana talaga hindi ako pipi forever.
"Diana..."
Ayan, nakarinig na naman ako ng babaeng boses na hindi ko nakikita!
"I bestow you... the power of the moon and hunt."
Napapikit naman ako nang may umilaw na simbolo ni Artemis sa paanan ko. A moon with an arrow. Was it her that spoke to me?
"Shall the moon guide your wisdom. May you become the Queen of the Hunt."
Then, a deer encircled around me. No... this was the Golden Hind of Artemis. His antlers bent down to my hand, and I noticed that he was giving me... the ambrosia.
I thought it was stolen!
"Eat the ambrosia, daughter of Artemis."
Nanlaki naman ang mata ko. Why would I eat it? Hindi ko ba ikakamatay 'yon?
"You must. To obtain my powers."
Kinuha ko naman ang ambrosia, at binuksan ang package. Wow. May spoon pa. It was like a salad, so I ate it and I almost jumped in the unusual taste.
Kakaiba taste ng mga Diyos. Pweh.
Nabitawan ko naman ang ambrosia nang unti-unti akong nakaramdam ng sakit sa ulo.
Then, it was like my eyes were glowing of light. I saw nothing, but golden light. Napasigaw ako, pero walang tinig na lumalabas r'on. A tingling sensation traveled all around me.
Inside, I knew. I knew that I was slowly becoming a true daughter of Artemis.
My hands grasped into something... a bow and arrow. My feet rose from the grounds, and I arched my back when a massive energy hit me.
"Use my voice for your wisdom.
Use my powers for your victory.
But use your heart for my revival.
My child..."
Artemis. It is her. Revival? Is she... dead? No. It must not be. She can only be mute, not dead. She is immortal.
Slowly, my body recovered. The moment my feet landed to the ground, I heard the loud crashing of waves.
"But you must know the true enemy first, Diana, the first child born from the mercy of Styx."
I looked at my hands, and I was translucent. I was glowing, and the Golden Hind was glowing more than before too. It was bowing to me, and I think I heard his voice inside.
I could clearly hear everything around, even my eyes became sharper. I also feel light, like a Goddess.
I think, I... I became Artemis.
