The battle beings. I get inside by Gandalf commanding that I be let inside. I can tell blood has already been spilled but I have not been able to see. I walk as an elf in the streets beside Gandalf looking a little out of place at least beside him I'm not freakishly tall compared to the humans.

I reach the battlements and see thousands of orcs moving forward.
"Open the gate! Quick!" A guard yells. I can see why Faramir and his horse both impaled with Orc arrows only Faramir didn't appear to of survived. I swiftly get down.
"Lord Faramir!" A soldier says. He is badly wounded and will probably not survive but if we get him medical attention quickly he may live. I help carry his unconscious body up to the citadel to his father Pippin close behind.

Denethor emerges from the tower hall towards Faramir on the stretcher. He gives me the dirtiest look like an elf shouldn't carry his dying son. If anything I should be the one I could have gotten him up to the citadel all on my own and it would have been much faster.
"Faramir!" Denethor says there is a hint of sincerity in his voice but above all else he didn't seem all that grieved.  "Say not that he has fallen..." Again he didn't sound saddened.
"They were outnumbered, none survived," the soldier said. I can hear the battle going on far behind. I am not fighting because I didn't have any arrows and had no time to get more nor did I intend on taking the soldier's arrows because they would complain.
"My son is dead. My line is ended," Denethor almost seemed relieved. Like he could keep it for longer. Because Boromir was dead Faramir couldn't take his place as Steward. Pippin touches Faramir's forehead.
"He's alive!" He exclaims.
"The House of Stewards has failed!" Denethor doesn't even accept that his son is still alive.
"He needs medicine, my Lord!"
"My line has ended."
"My lord!" I place a hand on Pippin's shoulder. I can see that Denethor doesn't care Pippin would like to believe he does but he his heartless and doesn't care for anyone but himself. Denethor walks to the edge of the courtyard and I know he can see the many orcs waiting to get inside.
"Rohan has deserted us!" Denethor says struggling to find his words. A boulder hurtles towards the wall. My eyes widen."Theoden's betrayed me!" It hits a balcony full of Civilians. Denethor freaks. "Abandon your posts!" I can feel Pippin move as my hand is still on his shoulder. "Flee! Flee for your lives!"
"Can I hit him," I say. I don't need to Gandalf does knocking him unconscious. Gandalf spins and addresses the soldiers.
"Prepare for battle!!" Gandalf gallops down the stress me running in wolf form close behind carrying Pippin.
"Return to your posts!" Gandalf yells as he rides through. Shadowfax bounds up to the level one battlements I follow behind swiftly running up. "Send these foul beasts into the abyss!" Catapults are set up and fired to the orcs. Soon the front ranks of orcs are in disarray. I look up to the sky just in time to see the nine Nazgul dive out of the dim sky, wearing battle armour. I drop turning into an elf rolling so they cannot grab Pippin. I pick him up just as the Nazgul shriek. The soldiers run for cover. I cover Pippin's ears instead of my own. I can deal with the chilling screeches.
"Stand to your posts! Do not give in to fear. Fight!" Gandalf commands. The Nazgul fly over picking up soldiers as more catapults are fired. I protect Pippin from being grabbed because knowing him, he'd make himself a target. Soldiers send a rain of arrows down to the towers and trolls.
"Not at the towers! Aim for the trolls! Kill the trolls! Bring them down!" Gandalf yells. The towers reach the walls. I grab out my swords still protecting Pippin, I should tell him to leave but he won't be any safer. Gandalf notices Pippin is with me.
"Peregrin Took go back to the citadel!" He commands.
"They called us out to fight . . ." Pippin is slightly confused. A huge Orc leaps towards us and I kill him with my sword.
"He won't be any safer running away!" I say to Gandalf. Gandalf strikes an Orc coming towards him.
"This is no place for a Hobbit!" He yells. Gandalf cuts through an Orc with ease another comes up behind him without even realising Pippin had grabbed one of my short swords and run towards the Orc slashing at him. Gandalf turns to Pippin and smiles.
"Guard of the Citadel, indeed! Now, back up the hill. Quickly! Quickly!" Gandalf commands Pippin. Pippin looks to me and I nod and he runs back to the Citadel.
"Grond! Grond! Grond!" I hear the orcs chanting.
"Oh no," I say to myself seeing the Iron monster.
"IRON MONSTER!" Gandalf yells.
