Chapter 16- Welcome To Your Life

Annie's POV:

We finally, after what seemed like hours which was only 15 minutes, started moving again. We soon reached Helper which meant only one more stop until we got to our new home. I got really nervous again and felt like I was going to throw up. I was thinking about Brennan when I fell asleep.

Hayley's POV:

I still sat in Mommy's lap. We only have 45 minutes until we get to Salt Lake which meant like 5 minutes until the last stop. Mommy got up to go to the bathroom. The train stopped and Mommy arrived back. I started feeling nauseous. I am not sure if it is excited sick or nervous sick. Maybe even both. I just need to relax.

Annie's POV:

Caroline and Skye got really excited when we only had 5 minutes until the station. This made me feel more and more sick. I looked out the window and could see the station from afar. I started putting everything away. I looked over and saw Hayley doing the same. The train slowed down and people stood up. I got to the train door and stopped. When I take this step, a new life begins. Hayley also stopped next to me. "You girls coming" asked Mommy. I took Hayley's hand and nodded. We stepped off the train together and looked around. The train immediately started moving behind us. "Welcome to your life" said Officer Officer Greene. "How are we getting home" I asked. "Our car is sitting in our driveway right now" said Daddy. We all hopped in the Quinn's car. It was a little squished but we made it work. "We have a good 30 minutes kids" said Ms.Grace. Great. More time to worry. 

Hayley's POV:

"Sandy" I asked. We just drove by a sign that said Sandy on it. "Almost there. 5 more minutes." said Officer Greene. Now I was getting excited. I'm not sure why but I am. We pulled into a gas station. "Quick pit stop" said Ms. Grace. I guess they just want us to feel sick for longer.
