How To FEEL BETTER?

If your, your friend's, your family member's or someone else's you know depression isn't very strong - there are some scientifically proven ways how to boost your mood & feel better without self harm or getting addicted to any substance. I'm going to give you those simple ways in this chapter ( & I Do Hope They'll Work For You! 😃 ) : 


                              If You Feel Down: 

1. LISTEN TO THE MUSIC 🎵

< But not any sad music - cause that would bring the opposite result & make you feel even more depressed! > 

< Choose some happy music! - No matter if it has lyrics or it's just instrumental: Listen to something that makes you smile! :) - Maybe to your Favourite Song if you have one! 😁🎵🎧👍- and if you don't have a favourite song - let me advice you something > : 

a) Classical Music would be good ( so listen to it - if you like it, it doesn't have to be very loud!  ^_~ ) 

So if you like Classical Music, choose a melody that has a calm beginning & gets more energetic later - For example 'Bolero' by Maurice Ravel 🎶  ( I'm posting a video with 'Bolero' here - so you won't have to look for it - & you can start listening to it now, if you want 😉 ).


b) Relaxing Music should also help ( it can be any kind of relaxing music or nature sounds like whale songs or singing birds if you like it - anything that will make you feel better :) )

< here I found a video with 3 Hours of Beautiful Relaxing Harph Music for you!  ^_^ - & I hope you'll enjoy. Of course you don't have to listen to All Of It if it helps you faster or you don't have that much time - but you should relax now - so take your time & listen to as much of it as you need. Try to think of something nice, you may even close your eyes & lie down while listening - if you fall asleep: Ok, it means that you got Really Relaxed! 😉 > 

( You can do some breathing exercises: 'breathe in & slowly breathe out, breathe in, & slowly breathe out' etc...  while listening to this video - or just listen, as you like! :) ... - You choose what helps you more 👍 ). 


c) Irish Music helps a Lot! 😁🍀✌

< because it usually has a cheerful rhytm. So if you like Irish music - listen to the Instrumental version of 'Lord of the Dance' in my header video - or to the fun version of 'Black Velvet Band' I'm posting for you right now - & it should cheer you up! :) >

d) Singing Children are Heartwarming!  ^_^ 🎤 💖

< and they can boost your mood if they sing well ! 😃👍 >

( but if you're in a bad mood already & find a video where they don't sing well enough - you may get annoyed - & that's not the result we want )

... < So to make sure that they Will sing Really Well - I'm giving you my two fave videos with Junior Eurovision 2016 contestants from Russia & The Netherlands - & hope that their performance will Make you Smile! :) > 

 ( In video 1 we had 4 'Little Fairytale Princesses' singing a calmer song - & in video 2 you can see a band of 3 girls dressed in colourful costumes & singing a more vivid song! :) ) 


e) Ruslana's songs are energetic! :D 

< & she's one of my favourite singers & Eurovision 2004 Winner! 😉🎤🎶👍 she sings in English or Ukrainian because she's from Ukraine :)  >

f) Voice-changed songs can Make Laugh Easily! 🎤😂😆

< so look for Chipmunked Songs, Nightcore Songs or Pinkie Pie Version songs - that can be easily found on Youtube! :) ... - They are so funny because the voices sound ridicously high - as if the singers swallowed some helium - so you may start laughing while listening to them! XD - I usually Do! 😉 >

( If those versions make you smile - there's a big chance that you'll find any other song made like that on youtube! :) - There are more & more of those, so just write the title of the song you want to find adding 'Chipmunked', 'Nightcore' or 'Pinkie Pie' to it - & you'll probably find it! :) )

g) Listening to your fave Childhood Songs is also a good idea! 😉👍
