You honestly weren't surprised. You knew it was him all along. Another text appeared on the screen.

You wake up to the sun shining through your blinds. Oh god, today's the day... You slip into your shoes and change your clothes.
You walk down the stairs. The steps creaking with every step.
You slowly look out you window. No one was there.

You open the door and walk down the steps.
You stare at him for a second, not sure what to say.
"Well hi" you say awkwardly looking at your feet.
"Hi..." He responds. Just as awkward.
