"Fat?"

I kept repeating this word in my head.

I wouldn't of thought that the word would hurt me so much. Oddly, I just referred myself as chubby..

"Maybe he's right. I need to stop eating." I sighed to myself as I felt my stomach and fell onto the bed

But why should I care what he thinks?

"Because you are insecure about yourself...?" I mumbled to myself

Right.

"I need to get ready for school tomorrow.." I sat up and looked at my phone as I turned it on to see it was 10 p.m.

Let me just sleep it out...

I laid down onto my bed and pulled the covers over my head.

Fall asleep, Quinn.. Fall Asleep..

"Good morning!" Mom smiled as she was sitting at the dining room table with Riley, Thomas, and Dallas

"Good morning." I said quietly as I walked towards the door

"Hold it! You're not gonna eat?!" Mom yelled at me

"No. I'm fine. I'm already too fat to eat anything." I continued to speak quietly

"Honey-" Mom was shocked as she yelled in confusion

"But it's your first time walking around." Thomas started to yell politely, "You won't know your way to school! Let Dallas walk with you-"

"I'll find my way." I said bluntly as I walked out and slammed the door

"See what you did, Dallas?" Thomas yelled at Dallas with anger, "You need to apologize to her."

"Really? Why? All because she doesn't want to eat breakfast?" Dallas sighed with annoyance

"Actually." My mom began with a blunt voice, "She has never missed breakfast, even with us struggling financially."

"Fine." Dallas finally sighed after a few seconds, "I'm off."

He got up and walked out the door.

"Where am I?" I walked down the street, where I was in an unknown downtown place.

"Excuse me ma'am will you like some fresh fruit?!" A random old man said suddenly in my face

"Uh no-"

"Hello! Free samples of baked beans! Come get it while it's fresh and hot!" A lady with blue hair and a yellow smile said towards me

"No thank you-"

I ran off quickly as I went to a isolated area of the street, but it was a bright place.

"Ugh.. I'm so lost!" I sighed angrily, "let me see if I can find the school from this GPS.."

I pulled out my phone and began walking towards the direction the GPS wanted me to go. Then, as I kept looking down at my phone, I ran into someone.
