I would say I'm a pretty optimistic person, and I live for 'love at first sight' moments in movies and animes, but this storyline has gotten too cheesy for my liking.
One example is when the girl trips and the couple both share a dramatic gaze into one another's eyes. Been there, done that.
Another example is when she literally just walks inside and *BOOM* he somehow steals her heart. I love character development, but I feel that those stories tend to be repetitive because once they both confess their feelings, which is like a day after meeting, you really can't do anything else.
Maybe adding a conflict in the story like a crazy ex or something, but that's a whole other cliche on its own.
My personal favorite 'love at first sight' stories are based around one sided love, which is usually where only one person feels that connection while the other is completely oblivious or simply doesn't feel that way.

Hey guys, I'm afraid that this series might be coming to an end soon. I have covered almost every cliche in Ouran, don't worry I still have some more left, but it's time I move on to my next project. But... if you have watched Ouran before, I'm guessing you are an anime fan. Which means I will be releasing an "Anime cliche" story. Who knows, I might just make a fan fiction in general cliche book.
