Kotoha couldn't help but notice Tono-sama's pillow had a slight tear on it's side.

The red, squared-shape pillow with golden tassels dangling off the corners, had lost some fluffing due to the rip.

It had started to bother Kotoha-

Whenever Tono-sama had sat on it, the pillow seemed to flatten each time-

(Not that he was heavy- er- Kotoha chooses not to think that as the main point, it's very impolite..)

But Kotoha cringed how the pillow looked less comfortable than the floor her and the others sat on!

So one night, Kotoha slowly crept out of bed, and slowly made her way to the Dojo, where Tono-sama's pillow laid.

She was very cautious of the kurokos around the mansion, so she had to be really quiet-

Kotoha tried to force herself to forget how clumsy she was-

Now was not the time to trip or fall.

She carefully tip-toed towards the pillow, she sat beside it, and then pulled out a sewing needle and string.

Carefully, but quickly, she sowed up the small tear-

(Growing up, she was always a klutz and would occasionally tear a bit of her clothing- but her sister, who always sowed the holes closed- eventually taught Kotoha how to sow on her own, even if it took a couple tries.)

After finishing, Kotoha placed the pillow back down on it's spot, and quickly crept back to her room-

On her way, she bumped into Tono-sama.

"EEK! Tono-sama! I-I'm so sorry!" Kotoha bowed her head,

"It's okay- but what are you doing? You should be in your room." Takeru says calmly,

"Ye-yes, I'm on my way, uh- right now! Good night, Tono-sama!" Kotoha finishes with warm cheeks, and rushes to her room. Takeru tilts his head to the side, confused. He soon walks into the dojo, and notices his pillow out of neat placement- he walks over to it to pick it up, he notices the side had been sowed closed with string,

Yellow string.

Takeru smiles.

"So that's what she was doing."

Takeru/Kotoha may not have been my main ship, but they're still adorable! And I was very happy to have written it!

I might do another Hikari/Kagura chapter soon, since my first one of them was so short😅 Or a "future" fic theme of any Sentai couple-
