Nobody Said It Was Easy (Part 2 of It's Tuesday)

Chapter 3

Cameron POV:

Thankfully, I knew where Taub lived.

So, me and Chase took the car, and rushed over.

We had hoped that Taub didn't give his Valentine to his wife yet.

Taub didn't live very far from me, so we got there in time.

He had just parked his car and was just able to get into his home.

"WAIT!" we shrieked.

Me and Chase were both running out of car.

We ran as quick as I could ever imagine.

"What is it?" He responded in confusion.

He carried his Valentine with him as he walked to the front door.

"Here's your Valentine" I said giving him the box.

"You're giving me a Valentine?" He asked.

Did he seriously think I liked him or something?

Thankfully, he was only joking.

Just one big joke.

"No. You picked up the wrong box. The one you're holding to give to your wife is actually mine I was getting for Chase"

"Are you kidding me?" Taub asked.

I guess he thought this was all just a prank.

Honestly, I have no time for pranks, even it I really wanted to.

No pranks!

"Nope. Now give me the present" I protested.

"Can I believe you?" He asked.

"Have I ever deceived you?" I asked trying to make a point.

I did remember he annoyed me with the rest of his team that one time.

But of course, House asked him to do that.

The time I didn't give House any cable...

"Okay, you haven't.." He said giving me the box.

We finally exchanged boxes, and we ran off.

"Wow that took a while" Chase responded.

"Again, I'm sorry" I told him.

"No worries. In fact, I enjoy this gift" He said looking at it.

"Can I see mine?" I asked.

"Well not until we go home" He told me.

So I went home, finding the most prettiest roses.

The roses had a tag that said:

It's Tuesday...I like you!

And after all, it was Tuesday.

What better day for Valentine's day to fall on.

Was this a dream?

No, It was all real.
