I just sunk into the sofa next to Tarun the next afternoon. I was tired!

His family was finally here in Manali last night. Mom and Papa and the entire family turned up in full strength to welcome them. The poor guys were overwhelmed by the attention the received. I tried to make my family see sense, but i was not so nicely pushed aside.

After having "What do you know about all these rituals?", "What will they think if everyone isn't there?" I surrendered to the rest of the family and butt out.

Tarun was rolling his eyes at me. I glared at him. He knew what he had signed up for. He could bear it for a few days! Just as I was.

Anyway, it was well past midnight by the time we left the Kakkars to get their much needed rest.

The wedding chaos was finally here. That morning proved it more than ever.

I had people running all around the house. cousins, uncles, aunts, family friends. It felt like a slapstick comedy. The one where you have a ton of people and they just run behind one another in a big chain. Nothing gets done, but the movie does end up in calamity.

I was thankful no one had been hurt.

2 hours later, I felt as though I should have held back my tongue and not jinx things because my family was at it with their tight hugs. For a minute, I thought some of the Kakkar family was going to have their eyes pop out.

By the time I broke those hugs apart, I was too tired for anything.

"Sit straight," Pinky poked me, "Today is your Roka ceremony."

I rolled my eyes but complied. It was better than have him lecture me more. I had my share of screaming when I returned back home yesterday.

Pinky elbowed me a minute later, "Oh he is such a handsome boy," he drawled.

I looked at him to see him gush and wave his hand around his face. "He is so sexy! Even in such simple clothes!" Pinky literally moaned.

My eyes widened. Someone was going to be in trouble. I followed his line of site at found Bunty at the end of it.

My eyes were ready to pop out! Bunty! Our Bunty!

I snorted.

"Do you want me to introduce you to him?" I asked feeling a bit naught. I bit my lip to stop the chuckle that threatened to erupt.

"Ohh! Will you?" Pinky gushed.

"Bunty!" I hollered waving him over.

Pinky was blushing looking everywhere but at him.

"Yes, di," he asked as he walked over.

"I want you to meet someone," I said elbowing Pinky.

Pinky looked at him shyly before his eyes widened, "Who is this!" he squeaked.

"He is the one you were gushing over," I was confused.

"I wasn't talking about him!" Pinky glared at me, "I was talking about the sexy one in the blue shirt!"

"Sahil bhai?" Bunty blurted uncertain about what was going on.

I felt irritation prick me. Another Sahil fan! They had to turn up all around me!

I glared at Pinky.

"Another one of your brothers, huh?" Tarun commented joining in the discussion.

My head snapped to look at him. I was sure my eyes had gone wide. I tried to say something but nothing same out expect a squeak.

"He is not di's brother!" Sweety shot from behind us, " He is my brother!"
