Made a list of things to bring to a place I've never been
A few days left for me to pack not even knowing when I'll be back
A few hours journey to a place where I'll first be a stranger
Opening a new chapter in my life called adulthood independence
Mixed emotions is what I'm feeling
A feeling of excitement, nervousness, and separation anxiety dancing in my heart
To go or not go is what my heart and mind are talking about
But I know that whatever their decision is, I know that it is for the best.
