Sasha Lincoln’s POV

A month passed already. I’ve been preparing for the monthly test result.

I did my best to review last week but I think it’s not enough because my brain can’t take it all.

I heard my name and then I came in front to get my test paper to see my score in Math.

My Ghad! I know for sure that I failed this subject because I forgot all the formulas that I memorized.

I already got my test paper and I saw my score is 2 out of 100. I fold my test paper so that they can’t see my score.

“Hoy Baks! What’s your score?” Steven asked me while I’m seating beside him.

"I only got 2, Baks! Nakakahiya ako” I said while I’m cying.

“You know Baks! Why don’t you try to hire a tutor?” I seat properly.

“Tutor? I think about it.” I put my test paper inside my book.

Actually all my test papers are kept inside my book.

The only test papers that I haven’t get is English and Araling Panlipuan because it’s not yet checked.

I heard the bell rings so long it means that it’s already dismissal time.

“Baks, I’m going out with my boyfriend. You have to go now.” Hay. Harot talaga.

“Okay okay, bye!” at nagbeso kami.

I go out now because he’s busy calling his boyfriend. Because of them I remembered my ex-boyfriend.

I saw this girl running towards me that’s why we bumped each other and my book fell on the floor and it showed my failed test papers.

I felt that there is someone helping me to pick up my things and I saw that it’s Mr. Epal who’s trying to stop laughing because he’s holding my test papers.

“Math, 2 out of 100. Science, 19 out of 100. MAPEH, 24 over 50. And Filipino, 30 over 70. Is this all you’ve got?” He said while scanning all my test results.

I feel any moment that my tears will burst out.

“These papers are proof that you are stupid.”  He declared.

I grabbed all my test papers from him because he is too much.

“Fine! Call me stupid or whatsoever. At least I tried to study and review all my notes but this is the only best that I can. Okay you’re smart and I’m stupid but even though I’m stupid, I still have feelings.”  My tears fall down that’s why I turned back to him and walked out.

I guess he’s happy now because he saw me crying in front of him.
