Part 15: Meeting his slighty odd parents...

{Jezzabelles Pov} 

"Ahh, there's my lovely son" I hear a deep voice announce as I turned to see we were in a big room with all of the powerful alphas and lunas around, 

They were all seated around the room behind tables that were together in a circle. The person at the end of the table across from where we just entered was sitting on a throne like chair with a beautiful woman that looked a bit older then me. 

"And this must be the one and only beautiful mate of yours" The man says looking at me as I blush at the fact that all eyes were on me, 

"Beautiful she is uncle" Sam says standing next to me as Kaden pulls me under his arms with a low growl, 

"Still possessive I see" The man says looking at Kaden while standing from his chair as I looked down nervously, 

"Its quite nice to see my son was paired up with an angel to innocent for his liking" The man says putting his arm out to touch me before Kaden moved in front of me covering my whole body from the man, 

"What? A father cant meet his future daughter in law, and future Luna of all Lunas" he says as I froze, 

"We talked about this father" Kaden says through gritted teeth as I just got that his father was the alpha king meaning he was next in line...along with me by his side, 

"You said you needed some time, you guys had three days to think it over how long does it take?" he asks as I peak over Kadens arm to see his dad glaring at him, 

"We havent decided on it! So I suggest you go back to sitting on your precious throne and continue on with this pathetic meeting before you scare my mate even more!" Kaden snapped as I felt his body tense up while his father coward back in fear seeing Kadens wolf trying to take over, 

"Kaden" I whispered as his head snapped down to me before I felt his body cool down, 

"Your seats" Sam announces as I forgot he was here, 

He walked us to the seats between these two couples that looked afraid of Kaden when we sat down. The meeting continued as I noticed there were more men in the room then there was women. I looked next to me to see a girl that looked the youngest in the room, she looked near the same age as me as I tapped her slightly. She turned to me with a smile as I smile back. 

"Hi, Im J-" before I finished she cut me off, 

"Jezzabelle? Oh we all know who you are. Before you came you were the talk of all the packs here" she says with a giggle as I look at her confused, 

"Oh its nothing bad, its just that...with the reputation of your mate, all of us thought you'd be dead by now" She says with a chuckle as I look at her shocked as her laugh died down, 

"Never mind" she says awkwardly as I smile awkwardly, 

"Well, Im Ashley" she says putting her hand out as I shake her hand, 

"Is that your mate?" I ask looking at the man next too her that had grey hair as she bursted into fits of laughter, 

"This is my dad, Im just here because my mother has passed and Im his only child" she says with a nod as I nod, 

"How old are you?" She asks looking at me confusedly, 

"17" I say with a smile as she nods with a smile, 

"Im 18, wanna be friends?" she asks as I shrugged, 

"I dont think any other female here would like to be my friend" I whispered as she turned to see most of the women in the room were either eyeing my mate or glaring at me, 

"I wouldnt blame them, I mean look at your hunk of a mate" she says winking at me as I blushed,

"Dont worry hun, I have a mate. His lazy behind is still upstairs sleeping like theres no tomorrow" she says as I giggle,

"Glad I made one friend here" She says with a smile as I smile back, 

"Kadens mate" I hear someone say as I turned to see the lady next to Kadens dad eyeing me weirdly, 

"Tell me about yourself" she says as Kaden growls before I place my hand on his chest as he calms down, 

"Well what would you like to know Miss..." I trailed off before she laughs, 

"Oh you dont have to call me miss, you just call me Cindy or Mom. Whichever one you like" She says with a giggle as the Alpha king nudges her while rolling his eyes, 

"Oh hush, you should welcome the beautiful young lady not make her feel awkward like you did the first time we met" She says eyeing him with a arched eyebrow as I laugh, 

"Now back to my future daughter in law, Your name is Jezzabelle correct?" She asks as I nod, 

"Thats a beautiful name" she says with a wide grin as I smile, 

"Thank you" I replied as her eyes widened, 

"Good looking and well mannered, I wish my mate was like that" she says with a frown as the alpha king glared at her, 

"Vise Versa" he says with a scoff before she elbowed him, 

"Anyways, I see that my son had marked you already. When are my grandbabies coming?" She asks as I felt Kadens grip on my waist tighten, 

"Mother" he says slowly as his jaw clenched and her eyes widened, 

"Well besides that, the meeting is already over so all you alphas and lunas can go back to spending time with each other and remember, the ball tonight starts at 8 sharp" she says as the room was quickly empty except for the fact that Kaden was stopped by his parents at the door leaving us four alone in the room, 

"Kaden why dont you try to catch up with your father while I take Jezzabelle on a tour around the place you grew up in?" Kadens mom asks as I look at Kaden with a pleading smile, 

"Fine, but if something happens t-" Before he finished his mother rolled her eyes and dragged me out of the room as quickly as possible, 

"Now sweetie, how bout we change out of these thousand dollar dresses and change into something comfortable so we can go mess with the guards and maids in the castle?" She asks with a smirk as I giggle, 

"My room is next to yours so you go change and I'll wait for you outside your door okay?" she asks with a laugh as I nod and watch her jog towards her room that was right next to mine and Kadens, 

I guess Kadens mom was a bit outgoing then other mothers I've met.
