Norma's POV
It was 12am and I was woken to the buzzing of my cell phone , I let my eyes calculate the screen as the bright light consumed my eyes,
'Alex's name over took the screen as I let out a light tired groan I answered the call
"Hello Alex"
"Hello beautiful.....did I just say that out lout ....whoops...I did...ahaha"
"Alex are you drunk?"
"No....yes....probably" he began chuckling
"Well alex if you haven't noticed it's 12am and I've had a really bad day, so I just wanna sleep okay....so go to sleep alright?"
"Well Norma I would ...but I'm in a little bit of a pickle, I drank a little to much and...now I'm sat on a step outside your motel"
"What alex?! your out side my house why??? you have a house right......you know what wait there I'm coming"
I hanged up the phone in a effortless tone and got out of bed, I walked towards the door and grabbed my blue silky robe, stuck on my comfiest bunny slippers, grabbed the keys off my dresser and ran downstairs and out the door.
I saw Alex siting there quietly, he had a bottle of beer in his hand and a red rose in the other
"Come on big guy.....let's get you to bed"
He turned to me while we where walking
"Nice slippers"
"Why thank you,"
I practically walked him to room 11, I placed him in the bed and stole the beer from his hand,I tucked him in like I did Norman and fluttered my eyes above his as we slowly made eye contact , it was the closest I had ever been to Alex, I could feel his breath breeze through my hair towards my flushed pink cheeks, the strong smell of alcohol over took my noose but I couldn't help but smile
"Norma?"
"What" I said in a pretty firm tone
"I got you this"
Alex handed me a small red rose from under the covers and he smiled at me intensely like a 5 year when got given candy
"It's beautiful thank you Alex"
I smelt the roses while shutting my eyes, like they did in movies
" i actually got it off Blair wattson's grave" Alex said in a sarcastically
"What?!!! No you didn't"
I began slapping Alex with the Rose
"Gotcha.....your face....priceless"
"This is probably the most I've seen you smile....you should get drunk more often?"
"It's a date!"
"Okay.....I'll hold you to it"
"Please do bates"
he smiled directly at me, brushing his fingers through my hair pulling me down towards his face, it was like he was going to try and kiss me
I began to laugh and smile even though I was tired and probably grumpy , he somehow could change my mood in a split second
"Okay Alex I gotta go to bed but I'll swing by in the morning okay"
I kissed his tender cheek lightly and made my way to the door
