Minato's Date

Minato was leaving from the daycare center carrying a hyperactive Naruto who was squirming in his father's hold.
"Geez Naruto what's with all this energy today.."
Asked the father as he continued walking home.
"Dada pay wi Sasa!"
Naruto began to shift uncomfortably in Minato's hold.
"Well Naruto, Sasuke is a genin ninja now, he's probably gonna be busy a lot now...and now that I think about it typically the whole Uchiha family are a bit of a busy body family it might be awhile before we actually see them."
Minato explained as he began unlocking the door to his house but when he entered his home he saw all of his friends sitting in his living room.
"Uhh,What is this?"
"Minato this is a intervention."
Fugaku answered the Hokage
"Intervention! What for?"
Minato looked around in a slight panic looking for a quick exit.
"Sensei between running the village and your fatherly duties, you need to go on a vacation."
Kakashi explained as he conviently one of Minato's exit options
"So we set you up with a date this evening, all expenses paid it's with this nice girl from my clan."
Fugaku revealed.
"Yes her name is Makoto and you will go on this date."
Shikaku appeared as he covered another exit
"We all pitched in so yes. You ARE going."
Hiashi said as he blocked the last exit
"And if I say no."
Minato smirked.
"Why's he's smirking? That usually means he has a plan."
Choza looked to the other men.
"Oh darn fellas, you must've forgotten that this lucky fellow has a baby to take care of."
Fugaku smirked
"We thought you'd say that so, Hiashi and I came up with a cotengency plan."
"Children, could you come in here please."
Hiashi announced
Sasuke and Hinata quietly entered the living room.
"Uhh hey Mr.Namikaze?"
Sasuke waved sheepishly
"E evening Lord Hokage."
Hinata bowed
"Sa-sa Mama!!!"
Naruto started wriggling in Minato's hold as he reached his hands out to the two tweens.
"... That's a low blow Gakky and you know it!"
Minato angrily pointed to the man.
"Now Minato would you deny your child a playdate with those he holds dear."
Fugaku smiled confidently as he nodded to Kakashi.
"Sasa Mama!!".
Naruto started crying out loudly as he only started wriggling even more violently in Minato's arms.
Minato sighed as he handed Naruto to Hinata.
Naruto was quick to hug the young Hyūga girl then as he was reaching for Sasuke he hugged him too.
"Well fellas you got me....I submit."
Minato smirked.
".... Somethings not right, why are you still smirking."
Fugaku asked a little worried.
"No reason...hey you remember my nickname right."
"....Oh no, Kakashi now!"
"Right!"
Kakashi bit his thumb and smeared some blood on a scroll
"Summoning: Earth Style: Fanged Pursuit Jutsu!"
Two dogs bit onto Minato's pants leg holding the man in place.
"Sorry Minato but you gave us no choice."
Fugaku said as he activated his Sharigan.
Kakashi lowered his mask from his eye and activated his sharigan alongside Fugaku but strangely enough it failed. Minato took advantage of this situation knowing he had to be quick since his other friends were quickly beginning spring to action.
"Sorry you guys Naruto will play next time!"
Minato said as he grabbed Naruto from Sasuke and Hinata before using his flying raijin thunder god technique to teleport onto the roof of Fugaku's house....wait thats not right he never placed a seal here nor a kunai."
"Wait...aww dammit!"
Minato cursed as he had stopped running.
"They got me in a genjutsu."
Meanwhile outside the genjutsu Fugaku hoisted Minato up.
"Alright Kakashi me and the other guys will help get Minato ready, you can go ahead and confirm plans with Makoto."
"Sounds good."
Kakashi nodded as he quickly left.
"Now Sasuke I have a important job for you."
Fugaku turned to his youngest son.
"Yes sir!"
Sasuke said as he stood to attention.
"Wait for Itachi to get here so he can babysit you three for the evening."
Fugaku explained.
"Dad! I'm not a baby, Hinata and I can babysit Naruto by ourselves."
Sasuke whined.
"Sasuke you barely can fry an egg without someone assisting you."
Fugaku explained causing the boy to blush as he got flustered.
"Dad that's different! Hinata and I can take care of Naruto on our own."
Sasuke said with confidence.
"Sasuke, taking care of a baby is hard especially one's Naruto's age."
Fugaku explained.
"I'm here father."
Itachi said as he entered the house.
"Ah Itachi could you watch these three tonight, I know you just came back from a mission but there's a baby involved."
"Of course father there's no trouble at all."
Itachi assured his father.
"Perfect and I'll be sure to compensate. you for the trouble when I get back."
Fugaku said as he left.
"Hmph...I could've taken care of him myself."
Sasuke pouted.
Itachi did his signature forehead poke on Sasuke.
"Well little brother, it never hurts to be extra sure, especially when there is a baby involved."
Itachi smiled.
Sasuke rubbed his forehead.
"But still I'm 13 going on 14, I'm not a little kid anymore and I'll prove it! Me and Hinata can take care of Naruto by ourselves!"
Sasuke said as he grabbed Hinata's hand causing the young girl to blush.
"Is that a wager little brother?"
Itachi smirked as he crossed his arms.
"Yeah it is! I bet Hinata and I can take care of Naruto by ourselves with no help at all!"
Sasuke exclaimed.
"S sasuke wait that doesn't seem like a good id..."
"And I bet we can do it better then you can Itachi!"
Sasuke interrupted Hinata.
"Hmmm.... okay Sasuke lets say if you can back up your claims do you know what it means to care for a one year old? you weren't exactly the easiest toddler to deal with."
Itachi explained to the young Uchiha.
"We can do it, right Hinata!"
Sasuke turned to Hinata.
"Uh umm well."
Hinata stammered.
"Exactly! Name your terms Itachi!"
Sasuke exclaimed.
Itachi examined the two genin and Naruto and sighed.
Sasuke was confident although rash and quick to action while Hinata was skilled but timid and soft spoken, maybe this bet can be a good learning opportunity for both Sasuke and Hinata to possibly learn from each other.
"Alright Sasuke I'll play your game, if you and Hinata can care for Naruto without him crying for approximately 30 seconds straight or him being harmed in anyway for the entire evening I'll...hmm."
Itachi was trying to think of a good incentive.
"You'll have to take me and Hinata on one of your A-rank missions!"
Sasuke exclaimed.
"Wait Sasuke t that's way above us, we haven't even done any D-rank missions yet."
Hinata explained.
"She's right Sasuke jumping into missions especially one's above your rank is very reckless."
Itachi chidded in.
"But you'll be there it'll be a cake walk."
Sasuke said to his brother.
"I'll take you two on a very low C-rank or a mid tier D-rank mission and I won't go any higher, deal?"
Itachi asked.
"But that's too easy we want something har..."
Before Sasuke could finish this time Hinata interrupted.
"D deal."
Hinata said as she shook Itachi's hand.
"Alright then it is official."
Itachi said as he grabbed a book and he sat down in the living room couch and started reading.
"I'll be doing some reading while I wait for you two to call on me."
"Whatever we got this.... wait what happens if you win."
Sasuke asked his brother suspicious of his actions.
"Hmm if I win our wager hmm...I want you two to accompany me to a little cafe with my reading group."
Itachi said to the young Uchiha.
"Oh? that sounds v very nice, right Sasuke?"
Hinata turned to the younger brother to him looked concerned.
"W what!? that's not fair I hate those places!"
Sasuke exclaimed.
Hinata looked at Sasuke confused.
"What's wrong with reading books in a cafe?"
Hinata asked.
"Because Itachi likes going to the super fancy traditional cafes and you have to wear super snobby kimonos and eat a certain way, it's torture!"
"It'll teach you patience and control Sasuke, something you lack...but that's only if you lose.
Itachi said as he returned to his book.
"C'mon Hinata you and I got this."
Sasuke said as he picked Naruto up and started heading to room.
"R right."
Hinata said as she quickly bowed and started following Sasuke.
"It was nice speaking to you Mr.Itachi."
Itachi smiled as he watched the young girl scurry off with Sasuke.
"I like her... she'll be good for Sasuke."
Itachi said as he returned to his book
