Tom was released, after many disagreements and a couple court cases with only a few things here and there as evidence.

He was lonely.

Going mad, but he didn't realize it.

Tom missed Tord more than anyone. He hated Tord so much for all the trouble he'd caused, all the hurt he felt, but he couldn't deny that he was in deep love with Tord. He didn't even known it, but he was.

He'd constantly talk to himself. He'd become a sociopath.

Overall, he wanted to talk to Tord. He had a million questions.

Why did Tord kiss him?
What acts of affection did Tord actually intend to have meaning, if any?
Why did Tord stick around so long? Was it all to better keep him under the spell of unreal love?

Tom drank excessively.

What he wanted to know, he'd never know.

What he needed to know, he'd never know.

What Tord was never to confess, is that he almost cried sticking that gun in his mouth.

He loved Tom unconditionally.

He wanted to spend his life with Tom.

But, he let the hatred inside of him win. Tord had called the police while he was in the closet.

Alas, neither of them ended up happy.

Tom took his life after three months of being released from custody.
