Time to go

Its morning, he thought. I have to go back to the mountain today.

Bruce was surprisingly still sleeping next to him, cuddled in Dicks Batman blanket.

Aw that's cute and ironic, he softly chuckled

Dick laid back down and shuffled closer into his fathers chest for warmth. Thinking about how the heck he was going to deal with the team for the whole day, a few days, he was already getting anxiety just thinking about it! How am I going to sleep what if I get a night terror and Bruce isn't there to save me. What if I start to cry or feel the need to cut- 'What ifs' continued for about 10 more minutes until Bruce was woken up to something, vibrating?

Dick didn't notice when he was off in worryvile that he had started trembling. It took Bruce a minute to realize what it actually was and he gently shook the boy out of his worried state.

"Good morning" Bruce softly spoke

"Mornin" Dick spoke as if nothing happened

"What were you thinking about"

"Hm? Oh just how much I love you"

"Ok, I know you love me but that's not what you were thinking about. Are you nervous to go back to the mountain?" Bruce said as he rubbed his eyes and made his way out of the bed

Dick shuddered at the lack of warmth

"Nervous? Bruce I almost had a panic attack while you were asleep!"  He spoke as he rolled onto his back and laid his arm over his eyes to block the sun

"You'll be fine, I promise"

"Promises don't last very long in my life, as you know"

"But have I ever broken one of our promises?"  Bruce spoke lifting up Dicks arm looking in his crystal eyes

He didn't get a response but a flustered shhing sound as Dick rolled out of bed and stumbled to the cabinet

"Are your legs bothering you again" Bruce asked as he watched him stumble into the closet

"A little"

~Time Jump To About To Leave For The Mountain~

"Cuts freshly bandaged"

"Check"

"Clothes packed"

"Check"

"Emergency communicator and belt"

"Check and check!"

The now suited Robin stood in front of the Zeta Beams was a cute red suitcase with a Batman keychain attached to the handle. Batman softly smiled and bent down and hugged his son. Dick let go of the handle to hug Batman and had to be on his tippy toes to reach. Letting go Robin took hold of his suitcase again

"Its only a few days"

" 'only' "

"See you in a few days?"

"See you in a few days." Robin smiled and walked into the Zeta Beam, but before that getting one more quick hug
