Nothing.
I fear the concept of nothing. Nothing implies loneliness.
We pride ourselves in saying that we can make it alone
when all we want at the end of the day is a home.
Nothing.
I feel nothing and that's exactly what I fear.
I yearn for the warmth of affection late at night when all I can do is stare at the blank wall and hope I can feel something.
Nothing.
The blank look in my eyes replacing the spark that once showed I was capable of feeling something.
I wish I feared anything, yet I fear nothing.
