Alaina sat in her new room in the castle on the very top of Minas Tirith. Her balcony overlooked the city in its entirety, the white walls of the city made the sunlight brighter than it truly was. It was a happy place now, flowers and grass began to grow in the field between Osgiliath and the White City.

She was enjoying the view until Éowyn barged into the door, a shiny silver dress in her hands. Alaina turned around quickly, eyeing the dress, "I am not wearing that," Alaina quickly stated.

Éowyn simply laughs, walking into the room and hanging the dress on the wall, "You need to, it is a special day!"

Alaina turns back to the balcony, looking out at the city. It was a day of celebration, the whole city was sunny and happy. Alaina could hear the laughter and conversation of her people down below, it made her smile.

Alaina turned back to Éowyn with a large smile on her face, "I guess I could wear a dress for this day."

Éowyn couldn't help but smile at her new good friend, "Come," she gestures to the chair she sat above, "I want to do your hair."

Alaina nodded and walked to the chair, elegantly sitting down as Éowyn grabbed her hair and began to do twist it around gently. Alaina started to get nervous, her heart was beating faster as Éowyn did her hair.

"Are you nervous?" Éowyn asked as she noticed Alaina take a deep breath in the mirror in front of them.

Alaina thought of what she should say for a moment before shaking her head, "No."

Éowyn only nodded, placing a small string of beads in her hair, there wasn't much she had to do, Alaina's hair was already stunningly beautiful. "I'm finished, go put on the dress," Éowyn placed her hands on Alaina's shoulders.

Alaina took another deep breath and then stood, walking to pick up the dress in her hands and examine it for a moment. It was quite a beautiful dress.

Éowyn stared at her as she walked out of the room for a moment

Éowyn stared at her as she walked out of the room for a moment. "You look beautiful," she began, realizing something, "My queen," she bowed slightly.

Alaina shook her head and grabbed Éowyn's shoulders gently, guiding her to rise, "No, you are my friend, Éowyn."

Éowyn smiled at her and that's when a knock come from the door. "Come in!" Éowyn said, raising her voice so the person outside could hear.

The door opened and revealed Aragorn who instantly stopped in his tracks, looking at his sister with a very large smile on his face. "You look like mother," he says, "But more beautiful.."

Alaina couldn't help but smile widely and giggle slightly, taking two big steps towards her brother and wrapping her arms around him. They both remember their mother as one of the most beautiful people they had ever seen.

Aragorn set Alaina down and held her face in his hands, "Are you ready?"

Alaina smiled, and lied, "Yes. Are you?"
