It was about to be nine in the morning me, momma and pops had a business meeting to attend we were running late already so I was looking at my watch it was eight-forty six
"Pops We got to be there in 30 you almost ready!?"I yelled from down stairs as he walks out fixing his clothes as my momma came behind him putting on her shirt
"Y'all couldn't wait til later for that shit?" I asked
They looked at me as they came downstairs
"Watch your mouth boy." My momma said going to the kitchen
"Chill son we go get there."He said putting on his shoes on the bottom of staircase
"I know but the sooner we get there we can kill the muthafucka and be there when mom makes the drop from the Russians." I responded
"Is this what this is about."He says while fixing his last button on his shirt
"What are you talkin' about?" I asked him as momma was coming out the kitchen putting a gun in the back of her pants
"C'mon don't do that; just say worried about ya momma being by herself to make the drop.He said putting on his coat then I looked at her and back at him
"Ok I am a little worried it's my momma...ain't you worried she your wife." I said getting pissed when my Momma looked at me as pops walked to me
"She is my wife and what?" He said as we stood toe to toe and eye to eye
"We never let her go alone unless one of us is trailing her or we send an ass of security with her." I said when he push me on seat next to the stairs
"No, that's your way of running shit but not today it's my way cause you already fucked up so let me clean it up." He said
"Stand Up...Whatchu mean ain't I worried boy that's my wife of course I care but to answer your question no I'm not worried because she's strapped and I did send an ass of security with her Keem look I know you got the streets moving and you feel entitled to say what's on your mine but think first before you speak especially to me...didn't I teach that it'll save your ass don't forget now let's go so I can call your mama on the way." He says to me
We leave the it's four black explorers in front of the house Momma goes into the first one and the second one drives behind her
As we get in the third and had the fourth one trail behind after driving for a hour when pops phone vibrated and his face changed then he called someone
"Mel?" He said so I was wondering why he was calling momma
"Yes baby?" She answered
"I got text from Malik where did you drop off NaShaé and Kami yesterday?" He asked then I shook my head cause I thought he knew

I overheard her say when pops looked at me then away "What I do this time?" He asked
"DeMarco, baby what did we discuss last night?" She asked raising her voice
