Chapter Eight

Bon woke up to find a blob of very familiar navy blue hair, very close to his face. He simply rolled eyes but smiled. Rin's hair was extremely soft, Suguro ran his fingers through it. He reached over to check his phone. Yukio had sent a message, saying that classes were cancelled so he could catch up on work. Bon knew Rin was gonna be happy about that, so he didn't bother to wake him.

Suguro did his best to move Rin without waking him. He wanted to cook the younger boy breakfast, but remember he wasn't a really good cook. He decided to try at least. Bon took the stairs down to the kitchen/dinning room. That's when he noticed Ukobach, the cooking demon. "What the fuck?!" Bon jumped back. Both Ukobach and him looked at each other for a few minutes. "Um...hi...I'm Suguro....I take it you're good friends with Rin...." Ukobach nodded. "I take it you rule this kitchen..." The demon nodded again. "Wonderful." Bon mumbled. "Do ya think I could cook Rin breakfast?? Just this once." He asked, not wanting to piss off the demon. Bon remembered reading about them somewhere for class. "I promise to clean up my mess when I'm done."

Ukobach looked like he was thinking about. Rin was his friend, so the demon nodded again to show his approval.

"Thank you." Bon gave a small smile. He decided with fried eggs and rice.

About 15 minutes later, he heard Rin stumbled into the room. "Good morning, my blue fire boy." Bon placed the breakfast in front of his boyfriend.

"Good mor- wait! You made breakfast!? Ukobach let you?!" Rin's sleepiness went away. He was happy to get breakfast that he didn't make.

"Yes, now eat before it it gets cold." Bon scowled but pressed a kiss to his boyfriend's head. "Yukio cancelled classes today. He said he need to catch up on missed work."

"Sweet. Freedom."

"Not really, you have to stay with me all day. Your brother wants me to keep a close eye on you, Okumara. I find it extremely impossible that you're completely physically and mentally healed from your accident." Suguro crossed his arms, watching his demon boyfriend eat.

"Bon, really I'm fine. I'm seriously fine. My brother is just being over protective...again...I'm fine."

"I don't care...I don't believe you...you are staying with me. We've got homework to finish..."

"No. No homework. Just cuddles..." Rin mumbled the last part.

"Gosh....you're so gay...."

"Yeah...well so are you, Bon so shut up. And you love it..."

"God dammit, Okumara. You make it very hard to be angry when you're so adorable...stop that!"

"Oh shut up...come here, I want a kiss." Rin pulled the older man by his shirt collar.

"Rin-" He was interrupted by Rin's lips on his. Bon couldn't argue with this. His boyfriend's lips were soft and his breath smelled like breakfast. They kissed for a good few minutes before pulling away to breath. "Dammit Okumara..."

"Oh come on! Thats the first thing you say after I kiss you! What the hell man!" Rin got angry.

"Okay! Calm down! We don't need to set your dorm on fire...I'm sorry, I love you...."

"I love you too...asshole."

"Okay...I guess I deserve that....now go and change while I clean up. I don't want another demon pissed off at me."

"Okay love! Thank you for the food!" Rin took off running back to his room.

"God dammit, why is so adorable? It should be illegal to be that cute..." Bon mumbled to himself as he cleaned the kitchen and did the dishes. After putting everything away, he walked up to Rin's dorm room. He knocked. "Are you decent??"

"Really?? I'm your boyfriend, Bon and you're asking me if I'm decent??" The younger one laughed from inside.

"Can I come in or not?!"

"Stop yelling and maybe you can come in."

"I'm not yelling! Are you trying to piss me off!?"

"You are yelling. Guess you can't come in. Oh, Konekomaru called. He say him and Shima wanna hang out."

"Did you tell them no?!"

"Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't."

"Open the god damn door Okumara!" He yelled, banging on the door.

"Shut up!" Rin called. "It's not even locked!"

"Why didn't you say so in the first place!?"

"Stop yelling at me!" From inside the room, Rin sat in a corner with his knees pulled up to his chest. Kuro sat next to him, trying to comfort his friend. He was suddenly having flashbacks of the day he was shot by accident. "Suguro...." Rin mumbled.

Bon had stopped banging on the door. "Rin? Rin!? Okumara!? Rin, answer me!?" He yelled, pushing the door open. He didn't see Rin at first but he heard whimpering. "Rin...where are you??"

"I-I... I'm over here..." Rin said just loud enough for his boyfriend to hear. Bon pulled the boy into his lap, wrapping his arms around him.

"I got you, Rin. Its okay, I'm right here. Please tell me whats wrong."

"I...I...its...the....accident...I don't wanna talk about it..." The smaller boy hugged Suguro tight, not wanted to let go. He knew he should talk about it but really didn't want Bon to thing he was scared.

"Wanna take a nap, then hang out with Shima and Konekomaru??"

"I don't wanna sleep, Bon...let's just hang out with our friends... I'm okay, really..."

"Are you positive?? I don't wanna stress you out..."

"I'm fine Suguro. Carry me!"

"Okay, okay. Don't scare me like that again, please. If something is bothering you come talk to me, rather than hiding from me..." Bon picked up his smaller boyfriend, giving him a piggyback ride.

"Yes sir. I promise." Rin smiled, holding onto him. You can come to Kuro.

Yay! A walk! Kuro followed the boys out the door and the dorm.
