But he's been here a week and the only

A friend was staying at the same resort that
they were. She was the one that took her to the ER.

Wait, he sent her to the ER?! I mean I know she 
went to the hospital but it was that bad?

From what I know, he dragged her across the pool
area, took her upstairs to their room and beat her so
badly she broke a cheekbone.

Understand why she's not acting excited?

What the hell can I do to help her? I want her to 
know that he's not ever going to touch her again

All I can think of man is to let her know that you are
there for her. Show her you care. Ask her to be your
girlfriend already.

Ha.Ha. very funny Ian. I'm being serious.

Seriously dude, just be there for her. I know that's
what she wants. She knows you're different than
he is so just be with her. Maybe take her on a mini
vacation before her sister gets here.
