You was going to see your boyfriend Scott. He was the only normal thing in your life, now you was apart of the pack.

You was walking to your usual meeting place when you saw him with another girl. He had his arms round her waist, kissing her sweetly. The way he kisses you.

You run to the parking lot holding in your tears as long as you could. Inside the car you scream as hard as you can before turning into a whimpering crying mess.

Derek saw you and opened the passenger side door getting in "y/n what's wrong?" He asked grabbing your hand giving it a gentle squeeze
"scott he cheated on me" you say crying more. Derek cups your face with him hand using his thumb to wipe your tears. After Derek calmed you down you swap places so he can drive you home.

"you know you should get revenge on him," Derek says with a smirk "I wouldn't even know how to start" you say laughing a little.

It was a 2 days later and you had avoided school as much as you could, blanked Scott's calls and texts. Your phone rings thinking it's going to be Scott you go to send it to voice-mail when I saw Derek's number. His green eyes and rare smile you made him do for the photo flashed up on you phone.

"Hello derek" I say not sure why he would be calling you.
"do you still want to make get revenge on scott" he asked in a teasing tone. "yes but how" you ask feeling a little giddy. I'll pick you up at 7 wear your most Sexiest dress you have and make sure your looking stunning." then he put the phone down.

You had spent 3 hours getting ready trying your best to follow Derek's look good instructions. You would be lying if you said you'd never thought about Derek like that he was handsome had the most gorgeous green eyes but you was already with Scott when you met Derek and knew the could be nothing between you and Derek.

As soon as Derek knocked and you opened the door he was speechless . he had only ever seen you in jeans and a t-shirt before never in a dress with your make-up done like this
"y.... you look... wow " was all he said." you look good to hale that suit its gorgeous " you say admiring him in his different look too.

You got in his car as he drove towards the high school. That's when you remembered the was a dance tonight and you was meant to be going with Scott. You had it planned for weeks.

" Derek I don't want to be here please let's just go" you say worried about the other kids in the school knowing about how Scott cheated on me.

Derek parked the car into the school lot. "don't worry this will work" he said helping you out the car. He smiled and put his arm around you waist pulling you closed to his side be whispered in your ear "just play along and follow my leads"
You smiled shyly unsure what Derek had planed.

You had been dancing when Derek turns you and whispers "he's watching you, I can smell his jealousy from here" you look at Scott who waves but you turn to face a smiling Derek. His eyes twinkle under the dim lights put around the hall making your heart skip a beat or two.

he left to get a drink, you saw Lydia waving at you so you wave back. She walks over with stiles Malia Kira (the girl Scott had kissed) then behind her Scott. "we saw you dancing with Derek did you come with him y/n" Lydia asks confused
You start to panic wanting to run away before you started to cry and have to explain why when you feel arms wrap around you.

"there you are babe" Derek says loud for the group to hear, you was surprised when he sweetly kissed your neck.
You knew this was what he meant by play along. You take your drink then kiss his lips gently unsure if your going to far but Derek just smiled at you. Running his hand slowly down your back making sure Scott was watching.

"y/n what the hell is this" Scott called angry. "first you stand me up then you came with Derek kissing him how long has this been going on, I'm your boyfriend" Scott screamed as he held your wrist tightly.

Before you could answer Derek knock Scott's hand off you then laughed hugging you from behind again resting his head on your shoulder pulling your body into his. "you sure know how to treat you girlfriend" Derek answered putting extra sass in the last word at a confused yet still angry Scott.

If Derek wasn't holding you in place you would have ran but Derek some how gave you a new found confidence "I saw you and her" you say pointing at a guilty Kira. "So don't give me all that I cheated on you Scott it's over for us for good" you tell him

Stiles who had been to shocked to speak finally found his voice "but you and sour wolf, y/n?"

I pull out of Derek's arms but still stood with your arm touching his, "the is no me and derek, stiles he is just here to show Scott what it's like to feel cheated on" you say when Derek looks at you sad.

Derek had always liked y/n, but had never said anything because he knew of your relationship with Scott. After seeing y/n upset he realized he liked her more then he originally thought.

After you walk away Derek runs after you thinking he can't let you go without at least trying,
"y/n I was hoping you would be my girl I'll treat you better then anyone else I really like you I have since we met and I think you like me too" Derek mumbled out in one breath  he looked so vulnerable yet so honest you didn't answer him instead you kissed him putting you hands around his neck.

"yes Derek I would love you be your girl I like you a lot too" you smile as he lifts you up kissing you again.

That was 6 month ago and you and Derek haven't been apart since he proved his promise treating you like a princess showering you in love and now you looked at him sleeping in you bed you smile if it wasn't for revenge you wouldn't be with the love of your life
