so, i saw this little girl alone on the street. she was lost. her name was mia and she was only 5. i asked her where her mommy and or daddy were but she just looked up at me and sobbed, "they left" . it broke my heart when i heard those words come out of her mouth. what horrible human being leaves their 5-year old daughter alone on the street?!

I TOOK MIA HOME AND NOW SHE'S ASLEEP IN OUR BED. I COULDN'T JUST LEAVE HER THERE. I PROMISE I'LL FIND HER A SAFE HOME BUT TILL THEN SHE'LL STAY WITH ME.
