"(Y/N) would you calm down?" Rosalie pleaded as she held her sobbing partner in her arms. "That's not going to happen, alright?"
"B-but what if it dooooes?" (Y/N) whined out, sniffling pitifully.
The girl was having severe mood swings and despite Rosalies best attempts to calm (Y/N), it just had no effect. (Y/N) either lashed out at the smallest of things, sobbed loudly so Rosalie would have to almost cradle (Y/N) for her to calm down, or be so happy that she was almost bouncing off the walls. It was almost driving Rosalie insane. But she endured it for (Y/N). Right now (Y/N) was having one of her sobbing fits over one of her many worries. The current argument was-
"The chance of a miscarriage is small." Rosalie tried to soothe (Y/N) but it didn't seem to do much. "And today we're going for the ultrasound. Carlisle tells me that if they detect a heartbeat then the chance of a miscarriage drops down to two percent. And you want to hear a secret?"
(Y/N) sniffled as she looked up into her partners golden eyes, a nod following. Rosalie smiled gently at her as she stroked the other girls hair soothingly.
"I can hear it." She whispered, nuzzling (Y/N)s nose in a sweet eskimo kiss.
"R-really?" (Y/N)s eyes immediately brightened and her sobs stopped. "You can... hear our babies heart?"
Rosalie nodded. "It's adorable." She assured as (Y/N)s face showed a bright smile. (Y/N) placed a hand over her stomach as another sniffle left her and more tears streamed. "Why are you crying now?" Rosalie wiped away one of the tears before it could fall.
"I'm having a baby!" (Y/N)s sobs begun once more but this time they were the happy kind.
Rosalie let out a small sigh but simply hugged her partner and did her best to comfort her. It's the hormones, she told herself as her shoulder became more and more wet from the salty tears. Rosalie snuck her hand down to (Y/N)s belly and gently stroked it with a tiny smile on her lips. This was perfect.
I will try to upload a chapter every two days until the series is finishes since I've already written all the chapters. I just need to edit them.
