1. The community that surrounds a tv show/anime/movie/book/webcomic/Youtuber/Actor/Musician etc. Fanfiction writers, artists, poets, and cosplayers are all members of that fandom. Fandoms often consist of message boards, social media communities, and people.
The Hetalia fandom is insane... I for one, love it.
2. A cult that will destory your life.
The Phandom is this kinda fandom. You don't just get to leave, it takes your soul. I should know.
3. a emotional drug. With other such hypnotized fans just as addicted as you or any other fan are, to a specific subject. A large group of unstable and emotional fans that devote half of their time in daily life, loving the thing they are so dedicated to. Whether its the writers, the shippers, or the followers; they all emotionally go haywire over it as one.
The Phandom is one of the most insanely obsessive, trashy (in a good way), dedicated fandoms I've ever been apart of. We are everywhere and anywhere. You will never escape: Hi, my name is Dan/Don't Cry, craft/Protip/Soft and Neat.
