Rogue: Just below the mouth. It drives him crazy because he thinks you're aiming for his lips.
Midnight: Lips
Zeref: Since he really isn't comfortable (at least, that's what you think), his cheek or temple.
Loke: Cheek. He always whines about this.
Lyon: Temple. If manages not to fight with Gray, (which rarely happens) he gets a kiss on the lips
Rufus: On his neck, because he's really sensitive there
