Rather a ferret than a pig-chapter 9

"Why do you look so moody" Draco says poking me in the ribs with his elbow
"We've got class with the Gryffindors now" I reply
"None of us are gonna let him hurt you" Draco says pulling me into a quick side hug
"Thanks" I say giving him a smile
"Don't worry about it mione" he replies then pushes open the door for potions holding it open for me
"Always the gentleman Malfoy" I say laughing
"Better believe it granger"
"Flirting with the enemy eh mione" ron says stepping closer to me
"You don't get to call me that" I say stepping back
"You jealous, you don't get to just like her now she is drop dead gorgeous she deserves somebody who liked her before she was even prettier" Malfoy gets stepping between us
"Do you fancy her now ferret"
"Rather be a ferret than a pig"
"Ron leave us alone" I say tugging on Draco sleeves
"Do you think you can scare me mione" ron says putting his hand on my shoulder
"Don't touch her" Draco says to him pushing him back
"Back off Malfoy your not her boyfriend" ron says
"Neither are you"
"What ever"
"You think you deserve any girl especially not Hermione" Draco says pushing ron back again
"Hermione refused to do what I wanted to do with her she's my girlfriend she should do what I want" ron yelled
Draco looked back at me and whispered in my ear
"Hey ignore him you go and sit with Theo and blaise up the back"
"I'm not leaving you" I say
"Just go" he says giving me a pleasing look
"Fine" I say walking up to the back
I look and see Draco say something to ron then ron says something then looks at me then Draco looks at me then spins around and punches ron in the face and pushes him against the wall and carries on hurting him
"Shit, stay here Mione" Blaise says running up to Draco
"Draco we all want to lay into him but this isn't the place"
Draco throws in one last punch then walks up to me,
"He thinks he can get away with it" Draco says
"Shhh let's not talk about him" I say leaning back on him as he sits next to me.
"Welcome students" says the old dreary voice of professor snape

"I'm bored already" Draco says into my ears and I laugh
"Is something funny miss zabini"
"No sir" I say standing on dracos foot for getting me in trouble
"so you can tell me what this potion is then"

"Hey Hermione" a tall Slytherin boy says walking over to me
"Hi, do I know you" I say and Draco laughs
"No you don't but I wanna change that, are you single" he looks at me and Draco scoots closer to me
"Yeah I am" the boy smiles at me
"Emm do you wanna maybe hangout some time" he says looking at me God hes handsome he's got black hair that is a bit messy but neat and he has dark green eyes and a jaw line that could cut better than a knife
"What's your name" I say flicking my hair over my shoulder
"James Montgomery"
"Well James I would love to hang out with you"
"Ok that's great emm what about tomorrow night we could sneak out and go have a night time picnic at the black lake" James says
"Hermione doesn't like breaking rules" Draco says
"I find it hard to believe that the brains of the golden trio hasn't ever broken a rule" James says
"It's fine James I will meet you then" I say with a smile and he walks off
"You really gonna go out with some guy you don't know" Draco says
"He can't be worse than the the guys I do know" I reply and walk ahead
